1. Filtermittelspannvorrichtung 11 und 12 beidseitig der Filteranlage gleichm ssig vor spannen bis der Endlosfilter mittelband leicht angespannt ist Hauptschalter einschalten Oberen Schwimmerschalter anheben oder Taste Filter mittelmotor manuell bet ti gen Damit l uft der Filter mittelvorschub an BEMERKUNG Nach Anheben des Schwimmer schalters l uft der Bandvor schub um ca 5 Sek verz gert an Filtermittelspannvorrichtung 11 12 wahrend des Vor schubes beidseitig gleich massig etwas starker anspan nen so dass das Filtermittel band von der Antriebswalze ohne zu rutschen gut transpor tiert wird BEMERKUNG Das Filtermittel hat einen sehr kleinen Warmeausdehnungs koeffizient das heisst dass das Endlosfilterband in kaltem als auch im warmen Zustand gut gespannt bleibt berpr fen Sie ob das Endlos filterband gut ausgerichtet in der Filterwanne liegt Wenn das Filtermittelband aus seiner Ideallage seitlich weglauft dann m ssen Sie die Antriebs rolle etwas verstellen 31 32 Filtermittelband l uft nach links A Wellenlager nach rechts verschieben A Filtermittelband l uft nach rechts B Wellenlager nach links verschieben B Regolare i due tenditori del nastro 11 12 in modo che il nastro filtrante perpetuo sia teso leggermente Procedere con cautela aumentando la tensione in modo uniforme da tutt e due le parti osservare i dat

Ziehen Sie am anderen jetzt aufgetrennt oben liegenden Ende des alten Bandes das neue Band ein Zugrichtung nach oben A Die Nahtstelle muss genau auf die Position 2 zu liegen kommen ACHTUNG Sie k nnen das Band wegen der Borstenstellung der Randbe grenzungsbirsten nur in einer Richtung d h vorwarts bewe gen ACHTUNG Ziehen Sie das Band vorsichtig ein dass es nicht unter den Randbegrenzungsb rsten links und rechts hervorrutscht Entfernen Sie den Draht um das alte und neue Band zu trennen Ziehen Sie das untere Ende des neu eingezogenen Ban des hinter der Umlenkrolle und der Rundb rste bis zur Antriebswelle hoch Verbinden Sie den Anfang und das Ende des neuen Bandes indem Sie an der Ubergangs stelle den Draht einziehen Drahtende beidseitig auf ca 5 mm berstand k rzen und zum Verschluss umbiegen BEMERKUNG Den Draht k nnen Sie nur an der Stelle ber der Antriebs walze 2 einziehen Filterniederhalter 2 nach un ten absenken und mit den bei den Schrauben befestigen WICHTIG Der Bandniederhalter 21 22 muss parallel eingestellt sein Das heisst auf der linken und rechten Seite m ssen die An schlagschrauben 21 und 22 ganz genau gleich eingestellt werden Der Bandniederhalter ist so tief einzustellen dass das Bandscharnier noch gut zwi schen Walze und Blech durch laufen und sich nicht einklem men kann Inserire il nastro nuovo tir
