Einbau des Schlosses mu spannunggsfrei erfolgen Es ist also auf Einhaltung aller Ma vorgaben und auf Winkelgenauigkeit zu achten Alle Montage und Anschlu arbeiten sind von einer Fachkraft des jeweils zugeh rigen Gewerks durchzuf hren ACHTUNG Beim Einbau des Schlosses auf die Einhaltung bauaufsichtlicher Vorschriften und eventuelle Vorgaben des T rherstellers achten Hinweise zur Montage Montage des Schlosses F r die rein mechanische Montage kann das Anschlu kabel vor bergehend vom Schlo abgenommen werden Entfernen Sie dazu die Kunststoffabdeckung des Anschlu raumes indem Sie die drei Befestigungsschrauben entfernen und die Kunststoffabdeckung nach oben abziehen Die Anschlu klemmen sind nun zug nglich so da das Kabel abgeklemmt werden kann Danach unbedingt die Abdeckung wieder einsetzen und festschrauben damit kein Schmutz in das Schlo eindringen kann Arbeiten am T rblatt wie Bohrungen Fr sungen oder hnliches d rfen niemals bei eingebautem oder eingestecktem Schlo durchgef hrt werden Der Ausfr sung f r die Schlo tasche sind die Ma skizzen zugrundezulegen Sie ist so zu dimensionieren da sich das Schlo ohne jeglichen Kraftaufwand in die Tasche einf hren l t und spannungsfrei mit dem T rblatt fest verbunden werden kann Die Tiefe der Ausfr sung f r die Schlo tasche ergibt sich aus der Summe aus Dornma A und Hinterdornma fest 33mm plus einem Zuschlag von ca 20mm f r ei

21. ne Kabelschlaufe Revision Zur Kabelf hrung Das Anschlu kabel des effeff Sicherheitsschlosses mu im T rblatt von der Schlo seite zur Bandseite gef hrt werden Dies sollte wo immer m glich in einem separaten Leerrohr geschehen das einen Innendurchmesser von mindestens 7mm aufweist Etwa erforderliche B gen sollten so gro wie m glich ausgef hrt werden Sollte das Einbringen eines Leerrohres nicht mehr m glich sein wie dies z B beim nachtr glichen Einbau des Schlosses in eine bestehende T r denkbar ist mu beim Einbringen des Kabels besonders sorgf ltig gearbeitet werden Ecken und Kanten um die das Kabel gef hrt werden mu m ssen abgerundet werden damit der Kabelmantel nicht besch digt werden kann Beim bergang vom T rblatt zum Rahmen mu das Kabel durch einen flexiblen Kabel bergang gef hrt werden der beidseitig fest mit T rblatt bzw Rahmen verbunden wird Bitte beachten Sie hierzu die jeweilige Montageanleitung Schlo ausf hrungen HEE EE z d S i HER Degen 7 5 Dr cker mit Panikfunktion A Elektrisch steuerbarer Dr cker Die Ausf hrung des Schlosses bestimmt sich nach der Aufschlagrichtung der T r und nach der elektrisch zu steuernden Dr ckerseite beziehungsweise der Panikseite Alle Schl sser sind auf dem Typenschild gekennzeichnet Die letzte 15te Stelle der Typennummer bezeichnet die Ausf hrung entsprechend obiger Skizzen Beschl ge Das eff
