1. Ball bearings Check the shaft for noisy or heavy opera tion turn the shaft by hand Replace defective ball bear ings A general overhaul of the pump is usally required in 18 case of defective ball bearings or poor motor function This work must be carried out by an authorized service workshop Cable entry Make sure that the cable entry is watertight and that the cables are not bent sharply and or pinched Additionally at pump types with oil chamber Oil level and oil condition in oil chamber Put the pump in horizontal position so that the screw of the oil chamber is above at larger pumps one of both screws Remove the screw and infer a small quantity of oil The oil becomes greyish white like milk if it contains water This may be the result of defective shaft seal In this case leave the condition of the shaft seals by a VOGEL Service to examine The oil should be replaced after 3000 operating hours Oil type Shell Tellus C22 degradable available on re quest Used oil is to be disposed accordingly Servicing Contract For a regular expert execution of all necessary mainte nance and inspection we recommend the conclusion of a servicing contract by our VOGEL Service Please contact our VOGEL customer service 9 Fault Finding Chart AN Before maintenance or repair disconnect the pump from the power supply to avoid accidental starting of the pump Fault Pump does not start Pump does not stop2. 9. bzw zwei Pumpen Der Beh lter besitzt Zulaufstutzen Druckstutzen Entl ftungsstutzen und einen Anschluss f r eine Handmembranpumpe Die Abwasser Hebeanlagen SEKAMATIK 50 E und SEKAMATIK 50 D haben im Saugmund eine dem Laufrad vorgeschaltete Schneideinrichtung Sie besteht aus einem fest montiertem Edelstahl Schneidring und einem rotierendem Edelstahl Schneidkopf und zerkleinert mitgef hrte Feststoffe so dass das F rdermedium durch geringe Rohrleitungsquerschnitte ab DN 50 gepumpt werden kann Die Hebeanlagen sind mit einer pneumatischen Niveausteuerung mit Staudruckschaltung ausgestattet Das mitgelieferte Schaltger t ist mit einer Leiterplatte und Leuchtdioden Sch tze und einem Druckschalter ausgestattet Der Niveauschalter wird ber einen Schlauch direkt vom Fl ssigkeitsstand im Sammelbeh lter aktiviert Die Dioden zeigen folgende Betriebsarten an Pumpenbetrieb Falsche Drehrichtung bei Drehstromausf hrung St rung Alarm Der in der Wicklung der Pumpe befindliche Thermo berlastschutz ist mit dem Schaltger t verbunden und schaltet die Pumpe bei berhitzung bzw berlastung des Motors automatisch ab Das Schaltger t besitzt eine steckerfertige Akku Pufferung was ein Alarmsignal auch bei Stromausfall gew hrleistet der Akku ist als Zubeh r lieferbar Die Akku Pufferung garantiert eine Alarmmeldung bis zu 15 Stunden nach Stromausfall Der Akku ist bei Lieferung aufgeladen die Ladezeit eines Akkus

DN 50 and DN 100 for service pipe lines are existing Cut off the blanked off the vertical or hori zontal inlet and connect a incoming sewer inlet which correspond to the diameter of the inlet e _ The diameter of the discharge pipe must be DN 50 SEKAMATIK 50 E and SEKAMATIK 50 D and should not installed in close arcs The discharge pipe must conduct over the sewer level that means con stantly rising over that niveau and subsequently as a loop directly to the collecting conduit After the gate valves from the SEKAMATIK 50 D mount a Y piece for twin pump arrangement e To prevent a freezing of the discharge pipe please isolate the complete discharge pipe up to the sewer level e _SEKAMATIK 50 E and SEKAMATIK 50 D have no integrated swing check valve If you use a DN 80 dis charge pipe mount instead of the supplied DN 80 DN 100 elastic union piece a DN 80 DN 80 elastic union piece available as accessory Mount a swing check valve and a gate valve on top of the 90 elbow of the SEKAMATIK 50 E and SEKAMATIK 50 D behind e For a trouble free operation of the pneumatic level control it is absolutly necessary that the pressure hose between tank and control box is installed without loops bending and constantly rising e Cutoff the blanked off end of the air vent and connect a DN 70 vent pipe to the tank by means of the flexible connection supplied The vent pipe should be led out into the open air in accordance with local regulation
