Insert the PC in the CD drive and start the set up routine by selecting Execute Program Then fol low the instructions for installation After switching on the test station and calling up Labtronic NT the user can then start work with the test station For more information see separate installa tion and operating instructions for Labtronic NT Labtec GmbH D 74927 Eschelbronn Fax 49 0 6226 1587300 e mail info labtronic de www labtronic de Seite Page 11 10 Pflege und Wartung Das Pr fger t bedarf keiner besonderen Pflege Es sollte jedoch vor u eren sch dlichen Einfl ssen Wasser Feuchtigkeit in Form von Dampf sowie Staub gesch tzt werden Um eine m glichst lange Standzeit des Pr fkopfes zu erreichen muss dieser regelm ig gewartet und gepflegt werden Der berzug besteht aus Naturlatex Latex ist ozonempfindlich deshalb den Pr fkopf nicht in pralles Sonnenlicht stellen Bei l ngeren Stillstandszeiten am besten mit einem Tuch o abdecken Bei Verschmutzung diesen gut mit Seifenwasser Neutralseife abwaschen Es empfiehlt sich die Verwendung eines Mikrofasertuches Keine L sungsmittel verwenden Die Kopfhaut ist zwar u erst strapazierf hig und relativ dick kann aber durch spitze Gegenst nde verletzt werden und verliert damit ihre Funktionsf higkeit Unbedingt beachten Wenn Vollmasken nach der Desinfizierung nicht 100 gesp lt werden und dadurch Desinfektio

5. the equipment has been operated maintained or repaired by persons who have not received proper instruction and if original replacement parts have not been used in repair and maintenance work The same applies if sealed parts have been opened unless expressly permitted by Labtec Otherwise the sale and delivery conditions of Lab tec GmbH apply which are in no wise extended by these notes 2 Description of the Equipment Labtronic 400 is designed to test full face masks as per EN 136 Breathing Apparatuses as EN 137 Diving Apparatuses SCUBA as EN 250 and Chemical Protection Suits The air required is supplied from a respiratory air cylinder by means of special adapters that are es sential for operation of this test stand Access to a 230 V AC power supply is also needed for its op eration PC Requirements For computer operation an IBM compatible PC with a CD ROM drive at least 256MB memory minimum frequency 2 GHz and 200 MB or more free memory capacity on the hard disk is needed and the Computer kit Labtronic BL IO A printer taking A4 paper and compatible with this PC run ning with the selected operating system see above is needed to print out the protocols In addi tion enough memory for recording the equipment test data is needed which will depend on how many equipment tests are carried out and how long the data is to be saved for Some of the tests require the use of adapters or connecting pieces that are specific
