Um eine m glichst lange Standzeit des Pr fkopfes zu erreichen muss dieser regelm ig gewartet und gepflegt werden Der berzug besteht aus Naturlatex Latex ist ozonempfindlich deshalb den Pr fkopf nicht in pralles Sonnenlicht stellen Bei l ngeren Stillstandszeiten am besten mit einem Tuch o abdecken Bei Verschmutzung diesen gut mit Seifenwasser Neutralseife abwaschen Es empfiehlt sich die Verwendung eines Mikrofasertuches Keine L sungsmittel verwenden Die Kopfhaut ist zwar u erst strapazierf hig und relativ dick kann aber durch spitze Gegenst nde verletzt werden und verliert damit ihre Funktionsf higkeit Unbedingt beachten Wenn Vollmasken nach der Desinfizierung nicht 100 gesp lt werden und dadurch Desinfektions mittelr ckst nde auf die Latexhaut gelangen kann es bei einigen Desinfektionsmitteln zu Besch di gungen kommen Deshalb d rfen ausschlie lich Desinfektionsmittel die frei von Phosphaten Al dehyden und Phenolen sind verwendet werden Zur Pflege d rfen keine l fett oder l sungsmit telhaltigen Mittel verwendet werden Diese sch di gen die Kopfhaut Als Pflegemittel wird von Labtec Silicon Spray empfohlen Die Lebensdauer des Pr fkopfes unterliegt nicht der Garantie Wenn die Latexhaut besch digt beraltert oder aus anderen Gr nden nicht mehr dicht ist so kann der Pr fkopf im Austauschverfahren gewechselt werden Bitte senden Sie den Pr fkopf ins Werk Sie er

9. halten umgehend einen Austauschkopf 6 Starting Up When the equipment is set up care must be taken to see that it is positioned so that it stands horizon tally and is well seated on all four bearing pads The machine is connected to a 230 V AC mains outlet the test stand is ready for operation T Care and Maintains The test stand does not need any special care but it should be protected from harmful external influ ences water damp in the form of steam dust To ensure that the test head lasts as long as pos sible it is important to carry out regular mainte nance checks and repairs The skin is made of natural rubber latex Since latex is ozone sensitive the text head must not be placed in full sunlight During any long downtimes it is best to cover the head with a cloth or similar If it becomes dirty the test head should be well washed with soapy water The use of a microfibre cloth is recommended for this purpose Do not on any account use any solvents on the test head The skin is certainly very robust and also rela tively thick but it can be damaged by sharp ob jects and this would render it useless N B Some disinfectants can damage the latex skin of the test head if the full face masks being tested have not been rinsed 100 thoroughly after disin fection it is then possible for disinfectant residues left on the masks to come in contact with the latex skin of the test head and damage it For this rea
