Displaying Objects by Part File Name Editor Property Sheet The File Name Editor property sheet is illustrated below File Name Editor H Directory O Directory Filter Directory File Name Using the Property Sheet By default the Directory fillin box displays your Explicit Modeling create directory A list of directories located below the create directory is displayed in the Directory scroll window Select a directory and it replaces the create directory Select the Directory Filter box and a scrollable list of files contained in your selected directory is displayed Select a file and press Accept EDMControl User Guide and Menu Reference 3 9 Display Option Displaying Objects by Discipline Displaying Objects by Discipline This menu item allows you to graphically display objects in a part as determined by their disciplines Description You can display or remove from display objects stored in the project database that are identified by their links to specific disciplines The Display Objects by Discipline property sheet provides a list of valid disciplines from which to choose This list is only displayed if your active part is linked to a zone discipline Please note The displayed list of disciplines will be different depending upon your choice of display method If you select the Add to Display option the disciplines listed are those linked to objects that are not currently being displayed If
