25. n the same Windows Server Document Storage allows label and form designers to store the label printing solutions to a central location available to all Web printing users Technically the files within the Document Storage are stored in the Microsoft SQL Server database that NiceLabel Control Center installer has created The Document Storage can be operated very much like files on your local disk drive When a Web printing user logs into the Login page the solution defined for his user account loads into a browser The administrator defines the solution for each user The solution designer must store the solution file SENZ in the Document Storage or the solution will not load for the user The Document Storage is based on WebDAV technology and allows file sharing on the Web Solution files in the Document Storage are accessible using the HTTP or HTTPS protocols Using WebDAV ensures the solution designers can access the repository from anywhere from the local company s network or any Internet location provided the access to Document Storage is granted in the firewalls and can upload solutions for Web printing users The shortcut for Document Storage is created on each design workstation which has NiceLabel design client activated with license from NiceLabel Control Center You will find the shortcut in the Favorites section in each Windows file dialog box as Storage Server The shortcut allows quick access to the frequent Document Storage us
