5. und Zubeh r 6 3 Schaltpunkteinstellung Nullpunkt berpr fung Bei Angabe der Sollwerte werden werkseitig die Schaltpunkte eingestellt Die Schaltpunktverstellung erfolgt ber frontseitig zug ngliche Einstell schrau ben Eine Hilfsskala ber 270 X erm glicht eine relativ genaue Schaltpunktju stierung und zeigt den momentan eingestellten Sollwert Zur Kontaktverstellung Schnappscheibe mittels Schraubendreher an der am Umfang angebrachten Einpr gung Aussparung abheben Durch Drehen der Kontakt Einstellschrauben mittels Schraubendreher kann gew nschter Schalt punkt eingestellt werden Wird eine noch genauere Schaltpunkteinstellung gew nscht sollte ein Pr f normal zur Justage verwendet werden Anschlie end die Sichtscheibe wieder in das Geh use eindr cken Nullpunktpr fung siehe unten 7 Optionen und Zubeh r 7 1 Integriertes Druckausgleichsventil Durch Bet tigen des Druckknopfes wird eine Nullpunktkontrolle im laufenden Betriebsprozess erm glicht Der Messstoff str mt von der Seite h heren Druckes nach der Gegenseite und der Differenzdruck am Messger t f llt auf Null Durch Bet tigen des Druckknopfes muss die Differenzdruckanzeige auf Null d h in den Bereich des Nullpunkt Toleranzbalkens gehen Die Ger tefunk tion ist damit in Ordnung Bei m glichen Abweichungen die au erhalb des Toleranzbalkens liegen kann eine Nullpunktkorrektur ber den standard m ig eingebauten Verstellzeiger erfolgen Dazu
