1. How to use Cam Locks Cam locks should be inserted into their designated holes with the arrow pointing to the nearest edge The coordinating Cam bolt will be inserted into the Cam lock Using the allen wrench or a flat head screwdriver tighten the Cam locks until you feel resistance Over tightening the Cam lock may break the cam lock AlletXWrench Cam bolt Page 4 8 1 Fill the middle holes on Side Panels 3 amp 4 Bottom Panel 2 and Magazine Rack 8 with Glue D Then insert Wood Dowels L Screw Cam bolts A into the threaded holes on Top Panel 1 and Side Panels 3 amp 4 See figure below Page 5 8 2 Attach Side Panel 3 amp 4 to Back panel 6 Bottom Frame 2 with Allen Bolts M through Lock Washers N Flat Washers O and Cam locks B by Allen Wrench E Covers C Cover all Cam Locks B with M Q co See figure below Page 6 8 3 Attach Magazine Rack 8 to Side Panel 3 amp 4 with Allen Bolts M through Lock Washers N Flat Washers O by Allen Wrench E 4 Attach Top Panel 1 to the unit with Cam locks B by Allen Wrench E Cover all Cam Locks B with Covers C See figure below M SN SS ye S Page 7 8 5 Attach Hinges F to Door 5 with Flat Head Screw G 6 Attach Door 5 to the unit with Hinge F and Flat Head Screw G Attach Hand Pull H2. 3. to Door 5 with Long Bolts I by screwdriver 7 Place Shelf Support J into the holes on side panels Place Adjustable Shelf 7 onto the Supports J See figure below Assembly is now complete Page 8 8
