Screw 8 Finishing Nut x2 x2 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 1 Turn off power at main fuse box 2 Attach the mounting screws 7 to the universal cross bar 2 3 Mount the cross bar 2 to the junction box 1 using the two outlet box screws 3 provided with the grounding screw 6 facing downwards gt Connect the white wire from the fixture to the white wire from the junction box 1 using one wire connector and reinforce this connection by wrapping electrical tape around this junction box 1 Ref to Figure 1 Nn Repeat Step 3 above for the black wires coming from the fixture and the junction box 1 D Connect the copper grounding wire from the fixture and from the junction box 1 to the grounding screw 6 on the universal cross bar 2 Ref to Figure 1 Note If you have questions that are electrical in nature consult your local electrical code or a qualified electrician for approved grounding methods 7 Push all electrical wires and connections well into the junction box ensuring that the wires and connections are not damaged oo Push the canopy 5 to the ceiling aligning its holes with the mounting screws 7 and hold it in place flush with the ceiling using the finishing nuts 8 O Installation is complete after completing Steps 6 and 7 of the assembly instructions as shown on page 4 10 Turn ON the power at the circuit breaker of fuse box 11 Turn the light switch ON to activa
