1. 3 Eltrabajo de instalaci n y cableado el ctrico deber hacerlo una persona calificada conforme a todos los c digos y est ndares vigentes incluidos los c digos y los est ndares de clasificaci n ignifuga para construcciones 4 Aseg rese de que todas las conexiones de los cables est n firmemente sujetas y que no haya hilos conductores expuestos 5 Atenci n La Ley de Pol tica Energ tica de 2005 requiere que el kit de iluminaci n est equipado con un dispositivo para limitar los vatios a 190 Si la instalaci n excede los 190 vatios el kit de iluminaci n del ventilador de techo se apagar autom ticamente 6 No use agua ni detergentes al limpiar el kit de iluminaci n Para la limpieza un trapo seco o ligeramente humedecido ser suficiente INSTALACI N PRECAUCI N Para reducir el riesgo de incendio y de descarga el ctrica el kit de iluminaci n s lo debe ser utilizado con los siguientes modelos de ventiladores fabricados por Broan NuTone LLC CFS52WH CFS52PB CFS52BS CFS52RB CFH52WH CFH52PB CFH52BS CFH52RB CFC56WH CFC56BR NOTA Antes de comenzar la instalaci n apague el disyuntor o retire el fusible de la caja de fusibles para desconectar la alimentaci n el ctrica Cortar la alimentaci n apagando nicamente el interruptor del ventilador no es suficiente para evitar una descarga el ctrica 1 Retire los tornillos de la placa de interruptores para poder colocar los cables con facilidad Fig2. debe presentar un comprobante de la fecha original de compra Broan NuTone LLC 926 West State Street Hartford WI 53027 888 336 6151 Si debe enviar el ventilador o la pieza a NuTone tal como lo indique NuTone debe empaquetar adecuadamente el ventilador o la pieza NuTone no se hace responsable por los da os en tr nsito 79040063A
3. 1 2 Retire y descarte el enchufe central de la caja del interruptor Para sujetar el kit de iluminaci n a la caja del interruptor introduzca los cables y conecte el kit de iluminaci n a trav s del orificio de la caja del interruptor Suj telo a la caja por medio de una tuerca y una arandela de seguridad Aseg rese de que quede firmemente apretado para evitar que el kit de iluminaci n vibre y se suelte Fig 1 3 En la caja del interruptor localice dos cables individuales de color blanco y azul rotulados FOR LIGHT para la luz 4 Conecte los cables de la forma siguiente y aseg relos con las tuercas para alambre suministradas Conecte el cable de color blanco de la caja del interruptor al cable de color blanco del kit de iluminaci n Conecte el cable de color azul de la caja del MODELOS LK30AWH LK30ABS LK30ARB KIT DE ILUMINACI N CON COPA CONTEMPOR NEA PLACA DE INTERRUPTORES TUERCA PARA ALAMBRE y TUERCA ff ARANDELA DE SEGURIDAD interruptor al cable de color negro del kit de iluminaci n 5 Mientras sostiene la caja del interruptor una y asegure los conectores tipo molex para cables A continuaci n deslice la caja del interruptor contra la placa y girela hasta que los orificios de los tornillos queden alineados Asegure la caja del interruptor a la placa con los tornillos que hab a quitado al principio Fig 2 6 Deslice la caja sobre la placa de interruptores y PLACA DE Ss TORN
