1. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR 5310 1 299 For Wall Mount Fixture WARNING SHUT POWER OFF AT FUSE OR CIRCUIT BREAKER AVERTISSEMENT COUPER LE COURANT AU NIVEAU DES FUSIBLES OU DU DISJONCTEUR MOUNTING THE FIXTURE INSTALLATION Fig 1 WIRING Fig 2 1 Shut off the power at the circuit breaker and remove the old 1 Connect the electrical wires as follows Connect the fixture from ceiling including the old crossbar black wire rom the fixture te the black hause hot wire 2 Carefully unpack the new fixture and lay all the parts on a clear Connect the white wire ftom the fixture to the white surface neutral house wire Make sure all wire nuts are secured 3 Attach the crossbar to the junction box using two junction box You may wrap the connections with electrical tape If screws Size 8 32 1 L The side of the crossbar marked GND your outlet box has a ground wire green or bare copper _ must face out 4 connect fixture s ground wire to it Otherwise attach the a 4 Thread the nipple part way into the center hole of the crossbar and bare copper fixture wire to th green ground screw Size secure with hex nut 8 32 3 8 L on the crossbar Follow wiring instructions carefully see fig 2 2 Tuck the wire connections neatly into the wall junction 6 Place the fixture body G over the nipple then tighten it with cap box nut F 7 Place the glass plate E onto the fixt2. ure body G aligning the hole attach the collar ring D and lock securely with the screw C 8 install the light bulbs not included in accordance with the fixture s specifications DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING NE PAS DEPASSER LA PUISSANCE NOMINALE MAXIMALE 9 Attach the shade B to the fixture body G and secure with the Screw A Fig 1 P Set A A 016 Crossbar l Ground screw B junction vox screws Supply Threaded Ground Wire Nipple Cross Hex Box bar nut screw Fixture wire Fixture Ground Ground Wire MIN 90 C SUPPLY CONDUCTORS FIXTURE i WIRES Fi Bare ir Fasi Copper HOUSE Ground HOUSE g us Riste WIRES WIRES White Green or Neutral Bare Copper Ground nterte k
