1. 4630L Wildwood Cascade easy fountain lt i CS Full Flow left Reduced Flow right Please read the assembly and pump operating instructions carefully and observe the safety instructions Fill in the PROOF OF PURCHASE RECORD and attach your receipt Keep these details in a safe place for future reference and refer to these if you require parts or service ASSEMBLY e Assemble components as per the diagram above on a smooth surface to avoid scratching e Check that the pump is connected to the plastic tube 1 this is loctated inside the water resovoir e Place the pump through the opening and into the fountain where the water reservoir is located 6 The pump flow can be adjusted F with the regulator this is found on the inlet of the pump We recommend starting with the flow regulator fully open and then adjusting down if required e Uncoil the wire 2 the tranformer plug is already connected to the pump Please note the lighting wire 3 is also connected to the pump and lighting connections are located on the inside of the fountain 4 Ensure that any wires are not tangled or trapped when assembling the components Ensure the plastic tube is not trapped or kinked before switching on the pump Fill the foutain water resovoir with sufficient water to fully submerse the pump The transformer can sometimes become warm to the touch this is normal Connect the plug transformer to your mains outlet If outdoors2. pump flow adjuster to reveal the pump impeller and gently turn the rotor to check that it is not broken or jammed 2 If the pump runs with slow water circulation check the following a The flow control on the body of the pump b Ensure the pump is completely submersed 3 lf any abnormal sound is heard during the pump operation turn off the power supply and check the rotor assembly as follows a Remove the pump cover and rotor plate from the front b Grip the impeller and gently take out the rotor assembly from the pump c Rinse the motor assembly and the housing with clean water in order to remove any grit or debris d If any breakage or surface damage is found on the rotor assembly please contact your supplier if a replacement needed We hope you continue to enjoy your water feature for many years Over time the paint finish will gradually mellow in colour this is part of the natural weathering process This product is guaranteed for one year Please provide proof of purchase This does not affect your statutory rights Pump and light spares replacements are available from your easyfountain stockist or if this is not possible you can contact Kelkay direct on 01405 869333 for further assistance www kelkay com
3. the outlet must be waterproof We recommend the use of a residual current device RCD circuit breaker when connecting the fountain to the electric supply www kelkay com 4630L Wildwood Cascade easy fountain OMe a IMPORTANT CARE NOTICE e Fill the fountain with sufficient water to ensure the pump is well submersed Clean and top up the water on a regular basis We recommend using easy fountain Algae Stopper to keep the water clean and clear To clean the fountain use easy fountain Grime and Lime Cleaner Should you have a build up of algae we reccommend Algae Killer Quick Clear One Shot to remedy the removal of Algae however you should continue to keep your fountain clean with Algae Stopper and easy fountain Grime and Lime Cleaner e Always shut off the power before cleaning and maintaining the pump e Never allow the fountain pump to run dry as this will cause damage ll and invalidate the warranty P e tis not recommended to leave the fountain running constantly We suggest turning the fountain on off when required e During winter never allow ice to form in the bowls as the force of the ice forming will crack the bowls TROUBLESHOOTING If the water pump fails to operate check the following de If the pump cannot pump water check if the power is correctly connected or check if sufficient water is inside the reservoir a Check the pump and tubing for any form of obstructions b Remove the cover with the
