3. artment at 1 800 867 6763 Tools required tor assembly piers adjustable wrenches and or metic socket set Refer to the exploded drawing and the parts list on the following pages during assembly NOTE During each step of assembly assemble all hardware and hand tighten Once all the hardware is installed for that particular step tighten all hardware STEP 1 Tum tho cart bod upside down Use the cardboard from tho carton to keap from scratching or damaging the finish srez EA Mtana 3 ca ap coe AA E Mato pet STEPS Attach the connection bar onto the tront axo sub assembly using Mx17 shoulder bot 2 MB washers 2 M6 lock ruts 2 M10 washer 1 and cater pin 1 STEP 4 Attach the ront ax assembly and front strut to the bed using MBx20 carriage bots 2 MB washers 2 and MB lock nuts 2 NOTE the hardware to attach the front strut to tho bed is pre assembled to tho strut A Placo the front axle assembiy and front siut onto the bed Attach the tront ito the bed frst Place the MBx25 carriage bolt pre assembled to the strut into the pre punched hole on the bed and side tinto place Lit up slighty on the strut and tighten bot securely B Next secure the front axle assembly to the bed using MB carriage bolts 2 M8 washers 2 and M8 lock nuts 2 Tighten bolts securely STEPS Attach the rear axe assembly and rear struts onto the bed using MBx20 c
