Shampoo HT1 HAIR TRAP Fixtures HAIR TRAP INSTALLATION NOTE It is the responsibility of the installer and or the Salon Owner to verify that this device conforms to prevailing local plumbing codes CONTENTS 1 J Trap 2 Slip Huts 2 11 4 Adapters 1 Clean out Washer SLIP NUT WH 11 4 ADAPTER X 1 Strainer and Handle 2 1 1 2 Washers 1 Clean out Cap TO REMOVE OLD DRAIN BEND 1 Unscrew the old slip nuts 2 Pull down on the old drain bend until it slides free of the tailpiece and drain pipe TO INSTALL THE HT1 HAIR TRAP 1 Place the Slip Nuts and Washers over the 11 2 tail piece and drain pipes HT 1 HAIR TRAP 2 Install the hair trap onto the tail piece and drain pipe 3 For 11 4 pipe use the adapter washers TO CLEAN included 1 Unscrew the Clean out Cap Hand tighten the Slip Nuts 2 Pull the Strainer out from the Trap 5 Run water and check for leaks Tighten the 3 Remove all debris Slip Nuts as necessary 4 Replace the Strainer and the Caution Do NOT overtighten Clean out Cap 4 Run water and check for leaks TAILPIECE SLIP NUT SLIP NUT CLEAN OUT TRAP STRAINER Belvedere USA IIC One Belvedere Boulevard Belvidere Illinois 61008 Printed in U S A 4000949 Rev 3 08 RAAhAAARA TT I Y w J wN
