1. comme montr dans le d tail 5 En commen ant de l ext rieur passer le boulon au travers du poteau et du Shelterlock Positionner le bout normal du tube de cot sur le boulon et placer le dans le Shelterlock Mettez l crou sur le boulon et serrer le R p tez ces instructions pour l autre cot et pour le reste des ossatures Les tubes des cot de la derni re ossature auront des bouts normaux Side Rail REMARQUE Les connecions qui u utilise pas de renfort coutre vent utilise des boulons de 4 1 8 800454 Utiliser pour renfort coutre vent D tail 5 Etape 6 INSTALLER LES BARRES DE 11102 RENFORCEMENT CONTRE LE VENT D tail 6 Attacher une barre de renforcement la derni re ossature et la premi re ossature du milieu comme montr dans le d tail 6 Les boulons ins rer dans les tubes transversaux devrait tre ins rer de fa on tre pointer vers l int rieur de l abri D tail 6 RENFORT COUTRE VENT Etape 7 INSTALLER LES TUBES SUPERIEURS DU TOIT D tail 7 Positionner le premier tube sup rieur du toit dans chacune des ossatures des bouts et s curiser les avec les boulons fournies comme dans le d tail 7 Lassemblage des tubes sup rieurs du toit devrait tre au dessus de toutes les ossatures du milieu S curiser les tubes la charpente en utilisant la quincaillerie indiqu e dans le d tail F Le tube sup rieur attacher la derni re ossature sera install sous le tube2. m 10133 Installer les tubes sup rieurs du toit PAR DESSUS les ossatures N du milieu et DANS les ossatures des bouts 11133 D tail 7 Page 4 Etape 8 S CURISEZ LES PIEDS D tail 8 D pendant du model que vous avez achetez les pieds irons ou l ext rieure la jambe ou ce glissera au bas de la jambe Apr s avoir install les pieds aligner les trous des jambes avec ceux des pieds et s curiser les avec la quincaillerie indiquer dans le d tail 8 Fixez avec boulon amp ecrous Pad Pa 0 Qe Pa g S F yY D tail 8 Etape 9 INSTALLER LES ANCRES FOREUSE D tail 9 Ins rer une barre de diam tre de 3 4 dans l illet de l ancre et visser la dans le sol Visser les ancres dans le sol jusqu ce que l illet d passe du sol de 1 ou 2 pour qu elles puissent tre attach es aux jambes Passer le c ble fourni dans l illet de l ancre et autour de la charpente comme montr dans le d tail 9 S curiser le c ble avec les taux fournies Etape 10 PANNEAU EN HAUT INSTALLATION D tail 10A 10B 10C amp 10D Prenez le panneau en haut et au milieu avec le cot blanc vers l int rieur de labri si vous avez un abri blanc le cot int rieur a les coutures visibles D visser le tube sup rieur du toit du Fentes dans la toile pli e autour connecteur et placer la sangle entre les deux Le tube doit ee ea passer au travers de la boucle de la sangle Reconne

7. ails to the frame with the hardware indicated in Fig 7 The top rail attached to the last rib will be installed over the pipe on the top end connector Over all Middle Ribs Emmy 11133 10133 Install the Top Rail N Page 4 STEP 8 SECURE BASE FEET Fig 8 Depending on the model you have purchased your base feet will either fit onto the outside of the leg pole or slide into the bottom of the leg pole After installing the base feet line up the holes in the leg to the holes in the feet and secure with the hardware indicated in Fig 8 Mere with A Bolt amp nut STEP 9 INSTALL AUGER ANCHORS Fig 9 Using a pipe or steel rod a car tire iron works also placed through the eyelet of the auger screw the anchor into the ground Start at the corners of the shelter and space the remaining anchors evenly along the length of the shelter Screw the anchor into the ground until the eyelet is sticking out of the ground by 1 2 so it can be anchored to the legs Wrap the cable provided through the eyelet of the anchor and around the frame as indicated in Fig 9 Secure the cable with the clamp s provided TO Geet gt e m 2 STEP 10 END PANEL INSTALLATION Fig 10A 10B 10C amp 10D Hold the end panel at the top center with the white inner surface facing the inside of the shelter if you have a white shelter the inner surface has the visible weld seams folded around frame and Carefully remove t

10. ding Fig 10C Page 5 STEP 11 INSTALLING THE COVER ON THE FRAME Fig 11A 11B 11C amp 11D 1 Lay the cover on the ground next to the frame with the inside of the cover the side with the pipe pockets facing down and the webbing on the front and rear of the corner of the building Position the cover so that it is centered on the frame front to back Fig 11A 2 Fold over the side closest to the frame so the pipe pocket is now accessible Insert a cover pipe at the first middle rib from the front and the first middle rib from the rear so that it is inserted in the pipe pocket on both ends of the pipe but the center of the pipe is exposed For long buildings it may be necessary to use additional pipes in the middle Fig 11B 3 Tie the rope on each of the exposed pipes and throw the other end of the rope over the frame Fig 11C 4 Move to the other side of the frame and pull the cover over the frame with the rope This may require two or more people Fig 11D STEP 12 SECURE YOUR COVER Outside Corner View Fig 12A 12B 13 amp 14 Install the S hook from the ratchet assembly into the legs of the shelter Pull the webbing carefully to remove the slack from the cover Be careful not to pull the webbing through the opposite side of the cover Insert the webbing through the spindle of the ratchet and pull tight Wind the ratchet until the webbing overlaps itself Repeat these steps on the o

13. he top rail from the top bend and place HS eas the webbing in between the two The top rail should pass RENE through the loop of the webbing Replace the top rail onto the top bend and secure it with the hardware indicated Slits in fabric fabric T e eeen mm in Fig 10A 10B Remove the nut from the side rail and carefully pull the AG NN Side View side rail away from the ShelterLock the rail only needs to be pulled away enough to pass the webbing through the Fig 10A Fig 10B connection If this connection has the wind brace on it remove the wind brace end before pulling the side rail When the webbing is through replace the side rail and the cross rail if necessary Fig 10C Replace the nut and tighten Repeat this for the other side Locate where the webbing exits the pocket on each side of the end panel Pull the webbing carefully to remove the slack from the end panel Be careful not to pull the webbing through the other side of the panel Install the S hook from the ratchet into the leg of the shelter Fig 10D Insert the webbing into the spindle of the ratchet and pull tight Wind the ratchet enough so that the webbing overlaps itself Repeat the process on the other side of the panel Position the end panel so that it is centered on the building Tighten the ratchets alternating from one side to the other until the end panel is tight Repeat these steps on the other end of the buil
