Instructions Welded Bulk Storage Tire Rack Model s TRB6012 TRB6042 TRWS6018 TRWS7218 TRWS9618 TRWS6018 TRWS7218 TRWS9618 Safety Instructions This storage rack unit must be placed on a level surface Failure to do so can result in unit failure poor product per formance or a possible tipping safety hazard DO NOT STAND ON THE UNIT OR USE THE UNIT AS A LADDER DO NOT OVERLOAD Evenly distribute the weight on each shelf and keep the heaviest loads on the bottom shelf Use care and the proper attire when working with metal parts General Instructions Edsal Welded Bulk Storage Tire Rack is engineered to offer maximum flexibility as well as ease and quickness of as sembly The units can stand individually or be joined together using the common post Individual beams can be ad justed without disturbing the beams in adjoining units These instructions should be followed exactly All parts supplied must be used as shown Any alteration or deviation from this instruction sheet can result in unit failure After the unit is assembled it must be placed on a level surface for safety and optimal product performance Assembly Instructions Attach the beams to the welded end frames as seen in figure 1 Use both welded end frames to establish the left and the right sides of the units After a beam has been placed to the end units tap down with a hammer to help drive the beam end clip tabs into the end frame post slots T2. o secure the beam to the end frame insert the plastic canoe clips through the hole in the beam bracket and into the frame see figure 1 Beam End Frame Post Slots Note If the beam end clip tabs become bent due to mis handling It may be necessary to adjust the tabs back to their proper form Canoe Clip tn Tires can now be added to each level see figure 2 Each end n frame can be used as a common end add on units can be pur chased to expand tire storage capacity see figure 3 A aca End Frame Post l lt ____ E Add On gt I 4a 4 bee E IE A ee d EE Ee ee tre Bee OPE PEPE T ECE AEE RERA pE PPE ae ee ee eee gagag we aoa ak EEEE ees eee PARP APPL T AE LALIT EY erin aerate Pe eee ee Pe ee ee eee ee ee a Ee a ee Op hie Sed Should you have any comments damage missing parts or problems with assembly of this unit please feel Industrial Products Division free to contact our Edsal manufacturing facility at 773 475 3000 and request customer service Edsal Manufacturing Company To obtain replacement parts please provide the following information 4400 South Packers Avenue Chicago IL 60609 Model Part amp Description Location Purchased Date Purchased www edsal com
