Fig 3 If no such tap is available your retailer will supply you with a suitable tap adaptor If the water connection is made on to new pipes or on to pipes which have not been used for some time it is advisable to run off a certain amount of water before connecting the machine This will avoid foreign matter blocking the filter placed at the end of the water inlet hose CARE AND CLEANING FILTER CLEANING From time to time it is recommended that the filters placed on the bottom of the tub are inspected The filter assembly is accessible by removing the bottom basket First pull the small cylindrical filter out Fig 14 then unlock the large fine mesh filter by turning the handle A Fig 15 one 1 2 turn anti clockwise If necessary clean the fine mesh filter with a soft brush under running water Replace the large filter making sure it is properly positioned and lock it by rning the handle one 1 2 turn clockwise en replace the cylindrical filter Upper Spraying Arm Cleaning The upper spraying arm can be easily removed and cleared of any deposit which could reduce the washing efficiency To do so simply pull the upper basket out and lift the arm as shown in Fig 16 When replacing it make sure that the jet holes are faced upwards We recommend that this operation is carried out regularly or when washing results deteriorate 13 Cabinet Cleaning For the cabinet exterior use a lukewarm light solution of mild
