Contents Index a 4 4 B 46 CINKIQ ao 2 a i WORKING WITH MULTIPLE MONITORS When working with Cintigq and additional monitors on the same system the screen cursor movement on the standard monitors will depend on your system configuration If a second monitor is connected in mirror mode both Cintiq and the other monitor will show identical images and screen cursor movement If you are using Cintiq with other monitors in extended monitor mode you have several options for navigating on the other monitors e Set an ExpressKey or pen side switch to the DISPLAY TOGGLE function You can then press the button to toggle the screen cursor between Cintiq and your other displays For example Cintiq can be used as a pen display where the screen cursor is positioned at the pen tip location on the screen surface Display Toggle enables you to use Cintiq as a standard Wacom tablet where the screen cursor can be moved across the entire desktop or additional displays e Set apen side switch or an ExpressKey to MODE TOGGLE You can then quickly switch between pen mode for working on Cintiq and mouse mode for working on the other monitors You can also purchase an Intuos5 tablet and use it to work on the other monitors in PEN mode The pen will work on both Cintiq and the tablet ADJUSTING THE DISPLAY Use the Cintiq controls to adjust a variety of display settings Factory presets auto sync and user settings On Screen Display OSD sett
6. aa Ci nt IQ zD Contents t a a B MULTI TOUCH PROBLEMS Multi touch does not work Multi touch does not seem to fully work The screen cursor can be moved but more complex actions or gestures do not work Enable touch by pressing an ExpressKey that is set to TOUCH ON OFF Otherwise open the Wacom Tablet control panel click on the TOUCH icon and go to the STANDARD GESTURES MY GESTURES or TOUCH OPTIONS tab Be sure the ENABLE TOUCH option is selected If the tablet driver does not load properly basic touch movement will be recognized but other actions and gestures will not Install the driver software The pen display does not reliably recognize multi finger touch If you hold your fingers too close together the pen display may not recognize them as being separate Try moving your fingers a little further apart Cannot zoom in or zoom out when working with Adobe Photoshop If zoom functions do not operate correctly within Photoshop verify that the ZOOM WITH SCROLL WHEEL function is not selected within the Photoshop PREFERENCES options Scrolling and panning gestures do not function correctly when working with Adobe Photoshop If touch gestures do not operate correctly within Photoshop verify that the ZOOM WITH SCROLL WHEEL function is not selected within the Photoshop PREFERENCES options Rotation gestures do not seem to work consistently or not at all Rotation may work di
