FORWARD REVERSE SWITCH Use the direction switch 2 on the top of the screwdriver to select forward or reverse driving e To select forward when screwing in fasteners slide the switch back away from the hex drive e Slide the switch toward the hex drive to select reverse when removing fasteners HEX DRIVE The hex drive 3 is designed to accept commonly available 6mm hex bits A selection of eighteen bits 7 are supplied to cover most driving applications Sizes are marked on the sides of the bit holders The driver bits are fitted by pushing their hexagonal end fully into the hex drive 3 2 A magnetic extension piece 8 is supplied to reach fasteners in difficult locations Push the extension into the hex drive then fit the driver bit into the end of the extension piece A A magnet ensures that EN the bit locates fully into the extension 3 To remove the bit from the hex drive or the magnetic extension firmly grasp the bit between your fingers and pull outward CHARGER e The screwdriver is supplied uncharged and must be fully charged prior to initial use e The screwdriver will require 5 to 10 charge discharge cycles before it reaches its full capacity e It is acceptable to charge a partially discharged battery to ensure maximum output for the job e Most charge cycles will require 3 5 hours A Warnings e Do not charge the tool in a damp or wet environm
