HV1000 Remote Control Installation Instructions HVRC 3 It is strongly recommended that this kit be installed by a qualified professional Some state and local codes require electrical wiring be performed by a licensed electrician Check with your local code officials before installation Part Number TTi HVRC The HVRC includes the following items Black box with cover and hardware Romex Clamp Tools Required Flat Head Screwdriver Phillips Head Screwdriver Needle Nose Pliers Remove the cover from the junction box mounted on the HV1000 Whole House Fan Remove the knock out on right side of the junction box Place the black box on the HV1000 mounting flange Insert the Romex clamp into the holes with the clamp side in the black box Thread the nut onto the clamp and tighten Figure 1 Slide the 3 4 protective sleeve over the White Black Red and Green wires in the black box Insert the wires through the clamp Slide the sleeve into the clamp and tighten Figure 2 Attach the Green ground wire inside the black box and the home power supply to the ground screw in the junction box Figure 3 Figure 3 Tamarack Technologies Inc 508 759 4660 Fax 508 759 6001 For installations without a wall switch Twist the two Red wires from the HV1000 and the remote receiver inside the black box together with the incoming line HOT and secure with a yellow wire nut Twist the three White wires from the HV1000 the remote r
