Seidio Bluetooth GPS Receiver RBT 1000 Quick Guide Check the Package Content Before you start using Seidio Bluetooth GPS Receiver RBT 1000 please check out if your package includes the following items If any item is damaged or missed please contact your reseller at once RBT 1000 Power Switch Power Jack amp External Antenna Port Right View External Power Jack Antenna Port English LED Display Front View Battery Status GPS Status Bluetooth Status Yellow LED indicates power is in charging Blinking red LED indicates low power Blinking Green LED indicates position is fixed Blinking Blue LED indicates Bluetooth is connected Getting Started STEP 1 Charge the Battery Before you use RBT 1000 the battery must be charged for at least four hours As RBT 1000 is in charging the Yellow LED will be lighted up When the battery is fully charged the Yellow LED will be turned off STEP 2 Turn on Receiver and wait for GPS fix If the position has not been fixed yet the Green LED will be still If the position has been fixed the Green LED will be blinking STEP 3 Connect to Bluetooth enabled handheld device 1 From your Bluetooth enabled handheld device execute Bluetooth application software to search RBT 1000 and then connect it to your English device If the connection between your device and RBT 1000 is successful the Blue LED will be blinking Select correct bluetooth GPS device which name is BlueGPSX2. XXXXX see picture below 27F4DA STEP 4 Connect to your Navigation Software Install and launch your navigation software in Navigation Software Kit and set GPS configuration Select correct COM port subject to the outbound Bluetooth serial port of your handheld device and correct baud rate depending on your navigation software elf you are required to type in pin code during configuration please key in 0000 How to replace Lithium ion Battery 1 Open the bolt on the bottom cover of RBT 1000 and take the Lithium ion battery out 2 Place new Lithium ion battery into the room of RBT 1000 The RBT 1000 Lithium ion battery is replaceable and rechargeable The RBT 1000 Lithium ion battery can last more than 8 hours in continuous operation mode How to use Car Charger to charge your handheld device Connect car charger into your adapter connector of handheld device English Tips 1 Place your RBT 1000 below the windshield without window film for car navigation It is suggested that use RBT 1000 under less shielded environment to ensure better performance For the first position fix please make sure your RBT 1000 is not in motion but stationary and in open space so as to shorten the fix time English
