ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY Coleman Powermate Compressors Ic the Company warrants that for a period af twelve 12 months from the date of purchase it will replace or repair free of charge for the original retail purchaser anly any M ar parts manufactured by the Cempany found upon examination by the Company or is assigned repieseatatives to be defective ia material ar workmanship ar both it transpartatien charges for parts submitted for replacemeat or repair ander this warranty must be borne by the original ital purchaser This is the exclusive remedy under this warranty Failure by the original retail purchaser to install maintain and operate said equipment in accordance with good practices a failure ta comply with the specific recommendations af the Company set feith in the owner s manual shal Tender this warranty eull and void The Company shall not be liable for ee replacements or adjustments to the aei ar any costs far Labor performed by the purchaser without the anii prior written approval The effects af covrasion erasien and normal wear and tear are specifically excluded from this warranty THE COMPANY MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED EXCEPT THAT OF TITLE ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED LIABILITY FOR CONSE QUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES UNDER ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES O2. 6 To adjust the atomization fluid air mixture gently pull the gun trigger back completely and turn the regulator knob 0 15 PSI on the fluid pressure regulator assembly clockwise Continue until the right atomization is reached slight adjustments of the supply air and or cup pressure may be required Push the regulator knob in to lock the shop gauge pressure reading will be higher when you release the gun trigger 7 To decrease the paint flow unlock the the regulator knob on the fluid pressure regulator assembly and turn counterclockwise to decrease the pressure You must always start at a lower air pressure setting and adjust up for an accurate setting 8 To adjust pattern size and shape you must adjust the spray width adjuster knob top knob on the spray gun handle Turn the spray width adjuster knob clockwise to decrease pattern and shape turn knob counterclockwise to increase 9 Fine adjustment of paint flow can be controlled by turning the material control knob bottom knob on the spray gun handle clockwise to decrease material and travel The fluid flow will also decrease 10 Practice spraying until you feel comfortable and obtain a uniform pattern and coverage SAFETY WARMING ALWAYS DECREASE THE FLUID PRESSURE REGULATOR TO 0 ZERO OR OFF POSITION TURN THE REGULATOR KNOB COUNTERCLOCAWISD ANG OPEN THE RELIEF VALVE ON THE CUP LID BEFORE RELEASING THE CUP FROM THE CUP LID oh PORTANT the spra

9. essure regulator with gauge and pressure tube fluid prassure regulator assembly is packaged separately inside large carton 2 Assemble the fluid pressure regulator assembly to the end of the gun handle The swivel nut on the fluid pressure regulator assembly allows for positioning of the assembly 3 Push the pressure tube securely onto the small barbed fitting on the regulator assembly and pressure intet fitting on the cup lid 4 Close the fluid pressure regulator by pulling out the knob and turning counterclock wise until it steps EE i 5 Set your shop pressure at 75 PS for 50 feet or less of air hose DO NOT EXCEED 100 PSI Make sure the hose diameter is 3 8 I D or larger for best performance 6 Make sure the lock ring is secure or the air nozzle of the gun SPRAYING DIRECTIONS Wear A Respirator Mask Wear Safety Goggles 1 Remove the cup assembly from the gun by pushing the lock lever counterclockwise rotate the gun assembly lid counterclockwise and lift off 2 Fill the cup 3 4 full VINGI TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE OR EXPLOSION NEVER SPRAY FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS IN A CONFINED AREA Do Not smoke while spraying Do Not spray where LE ai argi 3 Replace the gun assembly lid MAKE SURE THE LOCK LEVER ON THE LID IS SECURE 4 Turn the relief valve located on the gun assembly lid completely closed by turning it clockwise 5 Connect the shop air td the air inlet at the bottom of the fluid pressure regulator assembly

11. y gum clean To aveid clogging the air and paint passages and possiiily ruining the spray gun clean the spray gun immediately after cach use REMOVE THE FLUID PRESSURE REGULATOR AND GAUGE BEFORE CLEANING NEVER completely submerge the spray gun in cleaning solution A AFTER EACH USE 1 Regulate the fluid pressure regulator to the off position disconnect the air supply 2 Open the pressure relief valve located on the cup lid 3 Remove the pressure tube from the cup lid 4 Remove the cup and dispose of remaining paint in accordance with local state and federal regulations 5 Pour a small amount of approved solvent into the cup 6 Reattach the cup and pressure tube Close the pressure relief valve and attach the air supply Spray approved solvent until it becomes cl ar 7 Make sure the safety valve located on cup lid and the check valve located under the cup lid are clear of paint if not spray approved solvent into the safety valve and check valve to clean alf passages If these are not cleaned the gun will not work property 8 After cleaning wipe inside of cup cup lid and fluid tube with approved solvent 9 Clean the air cap by soaking it in approved solvent and cleaning with a soft bristle brush TO CLEAN CLOGGED PASSAGES Remove the air nozzle and lock ring Remove the fluid tip Loosen the packing nut located behind the nozzle head Remove the material contro knob bottom knob on the spray gun han
