C2 Page 4 of 5 Instruction Sheet for Assembly and Installation of Energos EC2 Depending on voltage lamps and row length the need for additional Master units may arise Every time a new Master unit is required a new power drop must be made Since this new Master unit is not located at the beginning of run a minor modification must be made Step 1 Modifying Master Unit Remove reflector to gain access to Line Voltage splice compartment Remove 1 2 dia k o from reflector Cut the appropriate wires from wire harness and cap wires going to previous fixture See note below Tap appropriate wires from power cord into modified fixture s wire harness Route cord through hole in socket bracket then through reflector hole and finally through canopy Make all necessary connections at the ceiling box Continue attaching Slave fixtures until a new Master unit is required QnmMooODyD NOTE In some instances some of the wires in the fixture are required to remain uncut DALI SHARING DAYLIGHT SENSOR ETC In this case cut plug from secondary power cord and only cut and tap into the hot and neutral wires in the thru harness Power Cord 1st Power Drop Master Slave Slave Modified Master Slave Slave 96 e 96 e 96 96 e 96 i 48 Figure 3 631 Airport Road Fall River MA 02720 e 508 679 8131 e Fax 508 674 4710 We reserve the right to change details
