2. all socket Turn the Power Switch to the ON position The Preheat Indicator will come on when the cooking plates heat up 3 Close the Sandwich Maker and prepare sandwich while the plates are heating Place butter on one side of both slices of bread 4 Fully open the cover and then place one or two slices of bread in the bottom halves with buttered side against the plate 5 Fill the sandwich pressing the bottom halves into the plate 6 Put on the top slice with the buttered side up and carefully close the two parts of the Sandwich Maker together Do not force shut Steam will be ejected from between the plate while doing this Care must be taken to ensure that fingers do not come into contact with steam 7 Lock the two halves with the Handle Lock while toasting is taking place NOTE During toasting the preheat light will cycle on and off while the thermostat keeps the plates at the right temperature 8 Your sandwich will be toasted in 2 3 minutes or longer to suit your taste Unlock and lift up the cover and take out sandwich using plastic or wooden spatula Never use metal knife as this may damage the surface of the heating plate 9 Close the lid to preserve the heat until ready to toast the next sandwiches 10 Prepare more sandwiches if required while the others are being toasted 11 After use turn the Power Switch to the OFF position then unplug the unit from the wall socket WARNING Do not use ata place higher than t
