Havis Shields EQUIPMENT CORPORATION INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS C TCB 30 2000 2005 CHEVROLET IMPALA TOOLS REQUIRED Ratcheting Wrench Standard Wrench Set Torx Bit Set Screwdriver Set Standard Socket Set HARDWARE QTY DESCRIPTION PART 7 14 20 x 3 2 Hex Head Bolts GSM33001 J gt Flat Washers GSM31005 7 VY Lock Washers GSM31026 1 5 16 18 x 1 Hex Head Bolt GSM33012 2 5 16 Flat Washers GSM31006 1 5 16 18 Nylock Nut GSM30017 a Oe PA D Telescoping gt Main Seat Base Plate QTY DESCRIPTION e l Main Seat Base Plate Pole Co L A 1 Pole Support Assembly ar l Cross Brace Pole Support n l Telescoping Pole ae euppori Assembly i gt SUB ASSEMBLY AYRES Cross Brace is 1 Remove Passenger Seat NRO SS Remove 2 T 50 torx bolts on passenger seat base Disconnect wire plug if vehicle has power seats Remove head rest on passenger seat Angle seat forward and pull back to remove seat which is held down in the front by 2 hooks on the floor INSTALLATION 1 Mount C TCB 30 e Position Main Seat Base Plate so that square cutouts are positioned where hooks for seat are located e Replace passenger seat sliding hooks into the floor first e Replace torx bolts T 50 e Mount Pole Support Assembly to Main Seat Base Plate using 4 20 x 74 Hex Head Bolts Washers and Nuts e Attach Cross Brace to Pole Support Assembly using Tab on side of pole and 5 16 18 x 1 Hex Head Bolt Washers and Nuts e Mount2.
