1. 1 If necessary remove the attach ment by pressing in both side catches EJ and lifting off 2 Insert shaving attachment El carefully at the top and press down until it clicks into place 3 Press the button to switch on the appliance 4 Begin use 5 Press the A button to switch off the appliance after use Note Do not apply strong pressure when shaving as this could damage the single blade foil 12 ENGLISH Note m You can remove the single blade foil of the shaving attachment To do this press both side catches on the shaving attachment Clean the blade head with the cleaning brush supplied CLEANING AND CARE Cleaning and care m Switch off the appliance and unplug the power supply unit from the mains m Remove the attachment and clean the blade head with the brush supplied Caution m If cleaning with the brush is not sufficient you can also rinse the attachment under running water However only do this once the attachment has been removed m The cutting head on the attachment does not normally need to be oiled If you clean the attachment under running water regularly but you also want to maintain the original condition of the cutting head for as long as possible it is worth oiling it at regular intervals with the oil provided m Use a soft dry cloth or the brush supplied to clean the appliance housing and the charging unit Caution m Never put the appliance charging unit

If necessary remove the attach ment by pressing in both side catches EJ and lifting off 2 Insert attachment EN width 38 mm or EJ width 30 mm carefully at the top and press down until it clicks into place OPERATION Note m The comb attachments fit both cutting heads 3 Push the comb attachment care fully and firmly onto the rounded rear half of the cutting head from above and let it click into place 4 Press the button to switch on the appliance 5 Begin use 6 Press the button to switch off the appliance after use 7 After use remove the comb attachment 1 to 7 by pressing the locking tab at the back and removing the comb attachment Thinning out hair using the comb attachment thinning to a length of 2 mm 1 If necessary remove the attach ment by pressing in both side catches EJ and lifting off 2 Insert attachment EY width 38 mm or Ed width 30 mm carefully at the top and press down until it clicks into place 3 Push the comb attachment carefully and firmly onto the rounded rear half of the cutting head from above and let it click into place 4 Press the A button to switch on the appliance 5 Begin use 6 Press the A button to switch off the appliance after use 7 After use remove the comb attachment by pressing the locking tab at the back and removing the attachment ENGLISH 11 OPERATION Close shaving using the shaving attachment EJ
