CW le MOS S i a Battery Dy SS Retainer 7j 7 7 gt e Place the battery retainer over the battery e Replace the screw through the end of the battery retainer and into the vehicle e Tighten the screw with a Phillips screwdriver Do not over tighten e Loosen the screw in the battery retainer and remove it J7825a 0920 Sy BATTERY INSTALLATION y N a Battery Connector Lock Fastener e Plug the battery connector into the motor connector Hint If the battery connector will not plug into the motor connector turn it over and try again Do not force the battery connector into the motor connector e Using a slotted screwdriver turn the lock fastener 1 4 turn to the locked position IMPORTANT Always remember to keep the lock fastener locked at all times to prevent children from accessing the battery Seat Tab TT x e Insert the front tab on the seat into the slot in the vehicle 12 J7825a 0920 BATTERY CARE AND DISPOSAL Care If a battery leak develops avoid contact with the leaking acid and place the damaged battery in a plastic bag See information below for proper disposal If acid comes in contact with skin or eyes flush with cool water for at least 15 minutes and call a physician If acid is internally ingested give water milk of magnesia or egg whites immediately Never give emetics or induce vomiting Call a physician e Ch

20. n the front axle REAR VIEW e Fit the steering column and the handlebar connector on the handlebar assembly down through the large round opening in the vehicle e Fit the handlebar connector back through the small square opening in the vehicle 3 J7825a 0920 ASSEMBLY Steering Column Retainer i NS A Lf q SN SS A Steering Column 3 1 Groove e Position the steering column retainer so that the hooked tabs are upright and the groove is facing you e Fit the steering column retainer behind the steering column as shown e Fit the groove in the steering column retainer to the steering column e Insert and snap the three tabs on the steering column retainer into the slots in the steering linkage e Make sure all three tabs on the steering column retainer are in the slots in the steering linkage J7825a 0920 SIDE VIEW e Turn the vehicle upright e Pull the handlebar up to be sure the steering column is secure e If you can remove the steering column you have not assembled the steering column retainer correctly Please refer back to Assembly step 3 Handlebar Connector Motor Connector REAR VIEW e Plug the handlebar connector into the motor connector DECORATION Proper label application will help to keep the labels looking their best When applying labels keep the following guidelines in mind e Wash your hands before applying the la
