4. into place e Repeat steps 9 14 to assemble the remaining bushing e Fit a s 1 cm lock nut onto the end of the front axle front wheel rim and front hubcap to the other front axle and tighten with the assembly wrench IMPORTANT Fully tighten the lock nut with the included assembly wrench male SONIS e Test to be sure the wheel spins Lift the front end of the vehicle up slightly and turn the wheel It should spin freely e f the wheel does not spin freely use the assembly wrench to loosen the lock nut a 1 4 turn Spin the e Fit each valve cover onto the back end of the vehicle wheel again and loosen more if necessary frame as shown Hint Each valve cover is designed to fit one way If the valve cover does not seem to fit try the other valve cover FRONT VIEW W2602pr 0920 10 ASSEMBLY 16 Comm e Insert three 8 x 34 1 9 cm screws into each valve cover and tighten Short Seat Belts Note Make sure the fasteners on both short seat belts face each other e Fit the folded end of each short seat belt down through the outer slots in the seat Do not insert the folded tab into the slot Pull up on each seat belt to make sure it is secure Folded Tab Fastener Side Side Fastener 18 Long Seat Belt Note Make sure the fasteners on the long seat belt are facing the fasteners on the short seat belts e Insert the ends of the long seat belt up through the slots in the center
5. of the seat e Fit the folded tabs on the belt up through the slots in the center of the seat to keep the long seat belt in place Make sure the folded tabs are on visible on the top side of the seat k Rear Fenders e Fit the rear fenders under the tabs the sides of the seat as shown W2602pr 0920 ASSEMBLY Seat Vehicle Frame 20 DO NOT insert screws here Comm e Insert two 8 x 3 4 1 9 cm screws into the upper hole in each side of the seat and tighten Note Do not insert screws into the lower holes on the seat in this step These screws will be assembled in this location in step 24 e Fit the seat onto the vehicle frame 21 e Insert a 8 x 12 1 3 cm screw into a hole in the front of the seat back ACIS e Insert six 8 x 1 9 cm screws into the seat and tighten e From behind the seat back fit a 78 32 acorn nut onto the end of the screw e While holding the acorn nut in place with the assembly wrench tighten the screw with a Phillips screwdriver Repeat assembly steps 21 and 22 to assemble the remaining 78 x 12 screw and 78 32 acorn nut to the seat back W2602pr 0920 12 ASSEMBLY Sidebar with Sidebar with Front Fenders Curve Out Curve Out Tabs V eX e Fit the sidebars into the slots in the vehicle frame and e Fit the front fenders onto the front of the vehicle rear fenders as shown Hint Each sidebar is designed to fit on
6. 2pr 0920 Rear Axle Cap e Fit a rear axle cap onto the end of the rear axle toon e Insert a 8 x 1 9 cm screw into the hole in the rear axle and tighten Rear Hubcap e Fit the tabs on the rear hubcap into the slots in the rear wheel Push to snap into place e Repeat steps 2 5 to assemble the other rear wheel rear axle cap and rear hubcap to the rear axle ASSEMBLY Front Axle C3 Front Axle e Pull to rotate the front axles completely towards the front of the vehicle Front Axle Fastener Cap Front Axle e Fit a front axle fastener cap onto the upper portion of a front axle e Align the hole in the axle fastener cap with the hole in the front axle Hint You may need to push the front axle towards the front of the vehicle while you insert the screw e Insert a 8 x 3 4 1 9 cm screw into the large opening in the front axle fastener cap and tighten e Repeat steps and 8 to assemble the other front axle fastener cap e Remove the cap on the end of the front axle Dispose of the cap in the trash e Slide a bushing ring end first onto a front axle I Front Wheel e Slide a front wheel flat side first onto the front axle e Slide a rim indented side out onto the front axle W2602pr 0920 ASSEMBLY m Front Hubcap Lock Nut Assembly e Fit the tabs on the front hubcap into the slots in the Wrench front wheel Push to snap
