4. single track press the REPEAT button once the Repeat indicator will blink Press the SKIP SEARCH button to select the specific track that you wish to repeat When the desired track number appears in the display press the PLAY PAUSE PII button to play the track selected The specific track you selected will be repeated continuously ur To repeat all of the tracks on a disc continuously press the REPEAT button twice the Repeat indicator will light solid Press the PLAY PAUSE PII button to repeat all tracks To cancel Repeat Playback press the REPEAT button until the Repeat indicator goes out You can also cancel Repeat Playback by pressing the STOP button 6 OPERATION CONTINUED TO PROGRAM THE MEMORY Slide the Function switch to the CD position to turn the unit on and select the CD mode Press the PROGRAM button 01 will blink in the display Cores 9 I mes eg Use the SKIP Search KK or 9 button to select the first track to be programmed Press the PROGRAM button again the selected track has now been programmed and counted as program 1 E 61 ee 4 S Repeat steps 3 and 4 to program the other desired tracks in sequence Press the PLAY PAUSE gt I button to begin playback the tracks will play in the order programmed SE
5. the printed label side facing up Close the CD compartment door The CD player will read the table of contents on the disc and the total number of tracks will appear in the display Press the PLAY PAUSE PII button to begin playback on Track 1 the Play Pause indicator will light CONTINUED ON THE NEXT PAGE OPERATION CONTINUED Adjust the VOLUME control as desired Playback will continue until all the tracks on the disc have been played To stop playback before the disc ends press the STOP button The disc will stop and the display will show the total number of tracks on the disc 2 POF 59 After the last track has been played the disc stops automatically and the display shows the total number of tracks on the disc If you are finished listening press the OPEN CLOSE area to open the CD compartment door Remove your disc close the CD compartment door and slide the Function switch to the POWER OFF position to turn the unit off OPERATION CONTINUED CD PAUSE CONTROL During CD playback if you wish to pause Press the PLAY PAUSE gt Il button the disc momentarily press the again to release pause and resume PLAY PAUSE PII button Playback normal CD playback the Play Pause stops but the disc continues to spin and indicator will light the dot in the Play Pause indicator

E NEXT PAGE FOR NOTES ON PROGRAMMED PLAY OPERATION CONTINUED NOTES ON PROGRAMMED PLAY Programming is the ability to preselect the order in which a series of tracks will be played e Each track may be stored the program memory as many times as desired e As each track is played its track number will be displayed You can move forward or backward through the programmed tracks with the SKIP SEARCH M4 or button e CD player will stop after all programmed tracks have been played or the STOP Bl button is pressed If the STOP button is pressed the programmed tracks will remain in memory Simply press the PROGRAM button and then the PLAY PAUSE m l button to continue Program playback e To cancel Program memory press the Program button to enter the Program mode and then press the STOP W button or open the CD door PROGRAMMED REPEAT It is also possible to use the Program and Repeat functions together to repeat a specific program indefinitely First program the tracks you wish to hear in the order you wish to hear them as described on page 12 Then press the REPEAT button twice 4 NEP gt Press the PLAY PAUSE gt button to begin programmed repeat playback The player will play the tracks you selected in the order in which you programmed them When the last track in the program has been played the entire program will begin again CARE AND MAINTENANCE Caring f
