1. Extension Cord Because of potential safety hazards under certain conditions it is strongly recommended that you do not use an extension cord with this appliance However if you must use an extension cord itis absolutely necessary that it be a UL CUL Listed 3 wire grounding type appliance extension cord having a grounding type plug and outlet and that the electrical rating of the cord be 115 volts and at least 10 amperes Reversing the Door Swing of Your Appliance This appliance has the capability of the door opening from either the left or right side The unit is delivered to you with the door opening from the left side Should you desire to reverse the opening direction please call service for reversal instructions OPERATING YOUR BEVERAGE CENTER It is recommended you install the Beverage Center in a place where the ambient temperature is between 72 78 degrees Fahrenheit If the ambient temperature is above or below recommended temperatures the performance of the unit may be affected For example placing your unit in extreme cold or hot conditions may cause interior temperatures to fluctuate The range of 34 43 degrees Fahrenheit may not be reached Also there is temperature variance between the top and bottom shelves of the appliance IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS Do not store food in Beverage Center as interior temperature may not get cool enough to prevent spoilage As a natural result of condensation in summer months or areas of hi

8. cated inside the plastic bag that contains the User s Guide Insert the key into the lock and turn it counterclockwise to unlock the door To lock the door do the reverse operation making sure metal pin is engaged completely Remove the key and place it in a secure place for safekeeping Shelves To prevent damaging the door gasket make sure to have the door all the way opened when pulling shelves out of the rail compartment For easy access to the storage content you must pull the shelves approximately 1 3 out of the rail compartment however this unit was designed with a plastic post on each sides of the shelf tracks to prevent bottles from falling 10 B When removing anv of these shelves out of the rail compartment vou must first disassemble and remove both of the plastic posts after removing the Phillips screws that holds each post in place See figure AA FIG AA CARE AND MAINTENANCE Replacing Your Fluorescent Light NOTE All parts removed must be saved to do the replacement of the fluorescent light Before removing the fluorescent light either turn off the appliance or disconnect the electricity leading into the appliance at the main power supply Failure to do so could result in electrical shock or personal injury 2 Turn off the fluorescent light switch Pull down to remove the fluorescent light cover 3 softly Rotate the fluorescent light 2 90 and pull down softly to remove it from the lig
