9. chez l appareil une alimentation a 12 volts seulement avec une bonne terre Terminez le c blage comme illustr dans le diagramme du c blage la page 12 Lorsque le c blage est termin rebranchez la borne negative de la pile S il ny pas d ACC disponible branchez le fil de sortie ACC a l alimentation avec un interrupteur A NOTER Lorsque vous remplacer un fusible soyez s r d utilisez le type et lamp rage corrects pour viter d endommager la radio Le UV10 utilise un fusible 15 amp situ dans la boite noire filtre align avec le har nals Installation Finale Apres avoir termin les branchements de c blage allumez l appareil pour confirmer l op ration le commuta teur d allumage doit tre allum Si l appareil ne fonctionne pas rev rifiez tout le c blage jusqu ce que le probleme soit r solu Lorsque l op ration est obtenue teignez le commutateur d allumage et proc dez au montage final du ch ssis EN Branchez l adaptateur du c blage au harnais de c blage existant 2 Reliez le cable d antenne Glissez doucement la radio dans le manchon de montage en vous assurant qu il va dans le bon sens et fixez avec l original les 4 vis EN Attachez un bout de la courroie de soutient perfor e four nie au boulon qui est serti dans l insertion visser sur le dos de l appareil en utilisant l crou hexagonal fourni At tachez l autre bout de la courroie perfor ea la partie sure du tableau d
10. e bord soit au dessus ou au dessous de la radio en utilisant l crou et l crou hexagonal fournis Pliez la cour roie pour la positionner comme il faut O Remplacez tout article que vous aviez enlev du tableau de bord Installation ISO DIN El Enlevez les supports de la manchon de montage E Enlevez rondelle d corative Montez les supports d usine sur la nouvelle radio en utilisant les crous existants venant de l ancienne radio bord et s curisez g3 Glissez le chassis de la radio dans l ouverture du tableau de O Panneau r installation tableau de bord 11 CAUTION L arri re de la radio doit tre soutenu avec la courroie pour emp ch er l endommagement au tableau de bord depuis le poids de la radio ou de l op ration mauvaise a cause de la vibra tion A NOTER Pour une bonne op ration du lecteur CD DVD le ch ssis doit tre mont dans 20 de l horizontal Assurez vous que l appareil est monte l int rieur de cette limitation Diagramme de C blage IMPORTANT Les raccordements incorrects de c blage peuvent endommager l unit Suivez les instructions de c blage soigneusement ou faites manipuler l installation par un technicien exp riment Branchez le cable iPod aux entrees iPod du chassis en arri re USB connecteurs 3 5mm et faites acheminer le cable iPod a la partie accessible de la zone du tableau de bord pour une connexion facile Pour l utilisation occasionnelle de l iPod gardez un
11. ilter box in line with the main wire harness Final Installation After completing the wiring connections turn the unit on to confirm operation ignition switch must be on If unit does not operate recheck all wiring until problem is corrected Once proper operation is achieved turn off the ignition switch and proceed with final mounting of the chassis RE Connect wiring adapter to existing wiring harness 2 Connect antenna lead Carefully slide the radio into the mounting sleeve making sure it is right side up and secure with the original 4 screws EN Attach one end of the perforated support strap supplied to the screw stud which is screwed into the threaded insert on the back of the unit using the hex nut provided Fasten the other end of the perforated strap to a secure part of the dashboard either above or below the radio using the screw and hex nut provided Bend the strap to position it as CAUTION The rear of the radio must be PES supported with the strap to prevent dam age to the dashboard from the weight of the radio or improper operation due to vibration 5 Replace any items you removed from the dashboard ISO DIN Installation NOTE For proper operation of the CD DVD player the chassis must be mounted within 20 of horizontal Make sure the unit is mounted within this limitation Remove mounting sleeve brackets Remove trim ring oO amp Mount factory brackets on new radio using existing screw
12. iltro en l nea con el cableado principal Instalaci n Final Despu s de terminar las conexiones de cableado encienda la unidad para confirmar el funcionamiento el interruptor de encendido del veh culo debe estar en on Si la unidad no funciona vuelva a verificar todo el cableado hasta corregir el problema Una vez que se logra el funcionamiento correcto cierre el interruptor de encendido y proceda con el montaje final del chasis EN Conecte el adaptador de cableado al arn s de cableado existente E Conecte el terminal de antena Deslice cuidadosamente la radio dentro de la cubierta de montaje asegur ndose que tiene el lado correcto hacia ar riba y asegure con la original los 4 tornillos 4 Adose un extremo de la tira perforada de soporte provista al tornillo prisionero el cual esta atornillado en el inserto roscado en la parte posterior de la unidad usando la tuerca PRECAUCION La parte posterior de la hexagonal provista Sujete el otro extremo de la tira perfo radio debe estar soportada con la tira para rada a una parte segura de la consola tanto arriba o debajo evitar da os a la consola por el peso de de la radio usando un tornillo y la tuerca hexagonal provista a radio o el funcionamiento inadecuado Doble la tira como sea necesario para posicionarla debido a la vibraci n 5 Vuelva a colocar cualquier item removido de la consola Co NOTA Para el funcionamiento correcto del necte el adaptador de cableado

16. t disconnect the battery cable If the cable is disconnected the computer memory may be lost Under these con ditions use extra caution during installation to avoid causing a short circuit Pre installation m Remove the four screws that attach the mounting sleeve to the radio and remove the sleeve 2 Install the mounting sleeve a Install mounting sleeve into the dashboard or optional adapter Do not force the sleeve into the opening or cause it to bend or bow b Locate the series of bend tabs along the top bottom and sides of the mounting sleeve With the sleeve fully insert ed into the dashboard opening bend as many of the tabs outward as necessary so that the sleeve is firmly secured to the dashboard c Install support strap to make the unit more stable Place the radio in front of the dashboard opening so the wiring can be brought through the mounting sleeve CAUTION Be careful not to damage the car wiring DASHBOARD k Wiring WARNING Only connect the unit to a 12 volt power supply with proper grounding Complete wiring as illustrated in the wiring diagram on page 4 Once the wiring is complete reconnect the bat tery negative terminal If there is no ACC available connect the ACC lead to the power supply with a switch NOTE When replacing a fuse be sure to use correct type and amperage to avoid damaging the radio The UV10 uses one 15 amp fuse located in the black f
