ABC P R O D U C T S Instructions for ABC PRODUCTS ALL IN ONE CARD READER USING THE CARD READER After you ve installed the card reader onto you computer push you memory card into the appropriate slot on the card reader Some memory cards have to be placed in the card reader upside down like SONY MAGICGATE COMPACT FLASH and MICRO SD CONNECTING YOUR CARD READER Connect the card reader to your PC or MAC by inserting the USB cable provided into the USB slot on the card reader located on the right hand side of the card reader The other end of the cable goes into the USB slot on your PC or MAC COMPACT FLASH The slot for the COMPACT FLASH card is on the back of the unit The CF card has to be turned upside down before it is inserted into the card reader Before inserting the card check that all of the pins inside the CF slot are in tact and straight If even one pin is bent or missing it can cause the card reader to reject the CF card In this case contact us for a replacement card reader L E D When the card is correctly inserted into the card slot the computer will recognise the card At this point a light may show on your card reader Don t be alarmed if the is no light There are many diferent models of the ABC card reader some show a red light some show a green light and some show an orange light Some show no light at all You will know if your card reader is working because it will register on your computer
