3. cope of this standard service offering Assembly of the following items can be integrated into a customized Statement of Work SOW at the customer s request Please contact your certified CPCS sales representative for more details Equipment not provided by APC by Schneider Electric Examples include but are not limited to e Third party components e Field supplied wiring or components used for main input power control of remote cooling equipment or heat exchangers external shut down control building management systems fire suppression systems or Emergency Power Off switch e Field supplied piping and valves used for refrigeration chilled water loop condenser water loop local water supply or waste water drainage e Insulation clamps or supports required for field installed piping e Information Technology IT Equipment Schneider Electric Critical Power and Cooling Services www apc com Rev 2 08 11 Schneider fH Electric Cooling Assembly Service Installation activities not provided by CPCS as part of this service include but are not limited to e Information Technology IT Equipment migration services e Customer Interface wiring used for Remote Shut down Alarm Notification e Rigging Mounting Wiring or Piping of the cooling equipment e Modifications to any part of the building structure to allow for equipment installation e Building Management System integration e Specialized testing or commissioning se
4. ectric Product Specific Details Product Activity Description Inside equipment delivery is performed by others ACAC11000 A minimum of 1067 mm 42 in open space is available above the with 1 ACAC11002 highest point of the rows of racks or with 1 ACAC11007 The maximum distance between the centerline of the InRow OA mount kit and the equipment is 610 mm 24 in Attachment of rack mount kit to APC SX VX racks only Inside equipment delivery is performed by others Must attach to an approved InRow OA Mounting Kit using the ACAC1005 Pipe Clamp Kit Schneider CPCS will install the refrigerant piping supplied with the ACOA when installing the ACAC21002 or ACAC21004 Assembly service does not include brazing or insulating of refrigerant piping ACAC21002 ACAC21004 4 0 Assumptions The successful performance of the tasks defined in the Statement of Work SOW is based on the following key assumptions which are agreed to by CPCS e The scheduled on site work time will be discussed and approved between CPCS and the customer e CPCS will provide the customer with authorized service personnel to assemble the Cooling System e The customer will receive an Assembly Task Completion Checklist that will verify the Cooling System is assembled according to CPCS standards and specifications e Non standard products purchased through CPCS will require a customized Statement of Work SOW The following items are outside the s
5. rdination conflicts Removal of packaging materials to a customer designated onsite disposal area Customer specific site Provides the customer a record of service date scope and documentation personnel that can be retained for future reference 3 0 Details of Service Frees customer resources from disposal of trash material allowing them to utilize the space for their core operations in a timely fashion The specific features and deliverables of this service are listed below For each service item listed below a single printed document summarizing all the data recorded will be provided Site Environment O eies O OO Desepton O O CPCS will check that the site environment is suitable for the Environmental Requirements installation of the InfraStruXure System s and record the actual ambient conditions CPCS will ascertain if the equipment was properly handled and Equipment Inspection unpacked and will inspect for signs of damaged or missing hardware prior to assembly www apc com Rev 2 08 11 Schneider Cooling Assembly Service lectric Site Environment Atos oeseri CPCS will check that the cooling equipment position conforms to the Design Conformance floor layout specifications and to the manufacturer s guidelines to achieve proper performance l CPCS will document the discovery of issues which may inhibit the Documentation successful deployment and operation of the cooling equipment Product Specific Detail
6. rvices Air or water flow balancing e Raised access floor tile modifications or cutting e Attachment of brackets or hardware to any part of the building structure e Installation of third party equipment 5 0 Scope of Responsibility The items stated here are responsibilities to and from both CPCS and customer 5 1 5 2 CPCS RESPONSIBILITIES e Schedule qualified and approved resources to perform service e Assemble equipment to manufacturer and customer s floor layout specifications as confirmed during the site coordination visits e That CPCS and or customer open issues are documented CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES e Identify dates and times when the Assembly Service can be provided e Provide a named resource for the scheduling of service and delivery of the equipment e Notify CPCS of any security clearance requirements prior to arrival on site e Provide a point of contact during time of service e Provide a point of contact at the completion of service to sign off on completed work e Provide the name of the project manager if applicable 6 0 Project Work Details The information stated here are the details of the installation project performed by CPCS for the customer with specifications on schedule location and successful completion criteria 6 1 6 2 SCHEDULE Actual set dates will be discussed and approved between CPCS and the customer LOCATION The location of this InfraStruXure Assembly Service will be on
7. s Product Activity Description Inside equipment delivery is performed by others The floor must be engineered to support the operating weight of the equipment Assembly service does not include attachment of hardware to the building structure Location of the RDU must not exceed the limitations of the maximum refrigerant piping length ACDA901 Location of the RDU must allow for adequate service and height clearances lf placed within a row the RDU can only be placed at the end of a row Assembly service does not include installation or connection of external piping for fluid or refrigerant Input power wiring supplied by others when hard wired to equipment or located within 1 2 m 4 ft of equipment receptacle when using supplied power cords Inside equipment delivery is performed by others The ACOA will only be installed in an approved mounting frame and must be able to support the operating weight of the equipment Location of the ACOA must not exceed the limitations of the ACOAS00 501 maximum refrigerant piping length Assembly service does not include installation or connection of external piping for refrigerant Input power wiring connection must be located within 1 2 m 4 ft of equipment receptacle and must allow for connection of supplied power cords Schneider Electric Critical Power and Cooling Services www apc com Rev 2 08 11 Schneider Cooling Assembly Service l
