1. Main window Target The target function is used to check the measurement accuracy of the vipFLEX measuring device The vipFLEX Target is used to check this Click f to open the vipFLEX Target window You can start a new check or wew an existing check seres Select the Plate substrate type on the vipFLEX device for these measurements New check series To conduct a new test proceed as follows Select the check seres lt New gt Position the vipF LEX Target patch as marked at the top nght of the lt wpFLEX Target gt window on the measurement aperture on the vipFLEX measuring device and conduct an automatic measurement as normal Add the measurement values to the check series using the s button Follow this procedure for all 9 patches on the target If all measurement values are within the tolerance the SAS symbol is displayed and for those outside the tolerance the X symbol is displayed Example f 06 12 2005 16 22 Example chart Target Gain IZ The associated table Ref Meas Diff Mo m 29 3 010 1 2 5 1 5 210 1 10 1 9 8 0 3 o 4 30 3 29 9 0 4 o 5 503 49 6 0 7 669 7 65 9 0 5 7 899 69 4 0 5 o 8 949 94 6 0 3 997 1 97 0 0 1 View check series To view an existing check seres select the check seres required from the list Please note that previous check senes can only be wewed and not edited In the vipFLEX Target window the button ES can also be used to add a new check series o2. r display a previous check series Delete check series In the vipFLEX Target window the button 9 can be used to delete an existing check series Copy chart to clipboard The chart can be inserted or copied into any other application such as Microsoft Excel Click the right mouse button on the chart and then select the lt Copy chart gt popup entry or press CRTL C to copy the current chart to the clipboard
