19. 0 VA User s Guide 164201730 Rev 4 www eaton com powerquality UPS Setup INSTALLATION The Eaton 5130 UPS is designed for flexible configurations and can be installed in a rack or as a Standalone cabinet If you are installing the UPS in a rack continue to the following section Rackmount Setup otherwise continue to Tower Setup on page 25 Rackmount Setup The rail kit can be mounted in 19 inch panel 48 cm racks from 24 to 30 inches 61 to 76 cm deep and includes Left and right sliding rail assemblies 12 M5 washers 12 M5 x 12 mm Phillipse head screws 8 M4 lt 5 mm Phillips head screws 2 mounting brackets with handles Required Tools To assemble the components a 2 Phillips screwdriver may be needed Eaton 5130 Rack Tower UPS 1000 3000 VA User s Guide 164201730 Rev 4 23 www eaton com powerquality INSTALLATION Installing the Rail Kit CAUTION The UPS and EBM are heavy see page 54 A minimum of two people are required to lift the cabinets into the rack NOTE Mounting rails are required for each UPS and EBM cabinet If mounting rails are not already installed in your rack contact your local distributor to order rail kits To install the rail kit 1 2 Adjust the rail size for the depth of your rack Select the proper holes in the rail for positioning the UPS in the desired location in the rack Using two M5 washers and two M5 screws attach the rail to the rea
