1. SETUP The gloves must be connected to the positive socket of the connector lead and the wrist bands to the negative socket to ensure the active ions in the Q10 treatment cream are pumped into the skin IMPORTANT e lon pump technology uses gentle microcurrents which on higher levels can be felt as a gentle tingling sensation During reatment as the active ingredients are pumped into the skin the tingling sensation will become less noticeable This occurs over he first 10 15 minutes depending on how much cream is applied e For best results initially use daily Thereafter use as required e Always ensure there is a gap between the wrist band and glove e Remove all piercings and jewellery from hands and wrists e Wash hands and dry before use TREATMENT Tip Start by setting up just one glove to treat one hand You will then be able to appreciate the difference a single treatment can make STEP 1 Plug each glove into the positive socket of the connector lead STEP 2 Plug each wrist band into the corresponding negative socket of the connector lead STEP 3 Check the unit is off with the output control set to 0 Plug the two connector leads into the bottom of the control unit Ensure both leads are pushed firmly and fully in STEP 5 Apply a generous amount of Q10 cream to each hand and put on the glove Ensure there is a gap between2. the wrist band and glove at all times STEP 4 Apply a generous amount of Q10 cream to the arm where the wrist band will be located Slip on the elasticated wrist band and position where the cream has been applied STEP 6 Press the on off button to switch on The unit will self test and the status light will illuminate green 7 BO STEP 7 Turn the output dial clockwise to start the treatment Further clockwise movement will increase the intensity The treatment light will flash to indicate the treatment is in progress Reduce the intensity by turning the output dial anti clockwise STEP 8 The treatment lasts 20 minutes At the end of the treatment the status light will flash red and the unit will beep for 20 seconds before turning itself off Note The unit can be turned off at any time by pressing and holding the on off button until the unit beeps 4 times
