LaCinema Classic 5 1 Movie Space Navigate to the Movies Space using the lt q and but tons Then use the Up and W buttons to browse within the Movie Space The Movie Space will display all of the supported video files that are accessible to the LaCinema Classic HD Only files recognized as video files will be displayed Music and Photo files will not be displayed The way files are organized will be based on their location i e whether they are stored on the LaCinema Classic HD s internal storage on an external hard drive or a networked server you enable Content Aggregation in the Settings Space see section and and tiles will be organized according to the criteria below E Displays all available videos sorted alphabetically Displays videos according to the volume s folder structure including files located on an external USB hard drive connected to the front USB port E Displays the most recently played videos only Displays movie tiles located an external USB hard drive connected to the tront USB port for details reter to section To load a movie select the file you wish to play and press the OK button A loading animation will appear while the it is being ana lyzed to ensure optimum playback experience NOTE f you stop film and then come back to it later you will be asked if you want to play from where you left off or to start from the beginning Playi

Playing Files Located on USB Hard Drive page 48 LaCinema Classic User Manual Playing Files From a Networked Media Server page 49 8 Playing Files From a Networked Media Server You can stream content to your LaCinema Classic HD via the net work connection from a networked UPnP or DLNA server located on a host computer Mac or PC or a network attached hard disk NAS In addition the LaCinema Classic HD can read files from any UPnP device connected your Ethernet or wireless network Once connected files located on these sources will appear in the LaCin ema Classic HD interface For details see below TECHNICAL NOTE If you have purchased a WiFi dongle LaCie and are streaming files wirelessly to the LaCinema Classic the bandwidth might not be sufficient for HD movies You will no ticed movie lagging or dropped images Photo slideshow could also show some delay on display but streaming music should not be a problem 8 1 Network Attached Storage NAS you have a NAS running a media server it is possible to stream this content to the LaCinema Classic HD In order to view your NAS content on LaCinema Classic HD first make sure that both devices are connected to the network Fig 85 Once connected files located on the NAS will appear in the various Spaces on the LaCinema Classic HD TECHNICAL NOTE It is not possible to transter files from a NAS to the LaCinema Classic HD using the TV interface In th
