Hopper Rear Panel Hopper Side Panel Make sure these 2 labels are Hopper Bottom matched by each other when HEX Prange Plate Assembly the user is assembling this part Nut M6 Note Round head of bolts should be inside of the hopper and the nuts should be to the outside of the hopper Assemble the 4 panels with bolts and nuts according to the drawing Assemble the Hopper Bottom Plate with bolts and nuts according to the drawing Assemble the 4 Corner Caps with bolts and nuts then tighten all the bolts and nuts After assembling the hopper turn the hopper so that the opening is down for the next assembly steps PARE ini ERT NOTE The axle with sulcate should be Step 2 Assembly assembled on the left according to the pic Fixing the two Axle Shafts to the Bearing Sleeves then push them forth to the bottom Driven Axle Shaft Assembly Step 3 Connecting the Frame to the Hopper with the Bolts showed in the picture ae and then tighten them Hex Nut M10 Lock Washer 410 Flat Washer 410 Hex Bolt M10X25 When assembly please have the hopper side lay the happer panel with label should be put in downwards Step 4 fa MR 2 Insert ihe Gear Box inte the bottom af wa ih T hopper through the Ire pelle 1 Pul Impeller according to the arnor The Irmpelle should be devrivnras pem PT u m Step 5 2 Insert the Axle Shafts to the two sides of the G2. Lock Wahser W8 Hex Nut M8 Assemble the Spread Plate to the Impeller accordingly Then tighten the bolts cc Bh tr d Washer 8 Align the holes of Fixed Plate and amp Flat Washer 8 Frame insert the bolts washers And nuts tighten Hex Bolt M8 x 20 NOTE Make sure the Impeller does not contact the Fixed Plate when Impeller is rotating 17 1 Insert the adjustable control lever into The Step 14 slotted bracket on the main frame as Indicated on the diagram Install bolts nuts and washers then tighten 18 Step 15 R pin 2 Cotter Pin 3x25 Flat Washer Adjustable Plate down 1 Connect the Shaft Pin M ail C tothe Adjustable controllever Handle Fixed Pin Flat Washer 28 Shaft Pin 28x16 When the Adjustable lever is in this position hole one opening on top plate will be used When the Adjustable lever is in this position hole both openings on top plate will be used 19 Step 16 Hex Bolt M8x20 Winddrift Shield Brace Flat Washer 8 Lock Washer 28 Hex Nut M8 a 20 Step 7 Round Head Bolt M6x16 EL Flat Washer 0 N Winddrift Shield Assembly tog Brace m E Lock Washer 6 P E Hex Nut M6 Winddrift Shield Tighten all bolts as well as any bolts that have not been tightened 21 Step 18 Install the Agitator onto the Gearbox Shaft inside of hopper Install bolt washer and locknut Lock Nut M10 Hex
