E Due to continuing product development specifications and design may be subject to change without prior notice PARTS AND FEATURES Unit Baking Rack Cover p E ER ae Handle Timer Crumb Tray Baking Rack Assembly A CAUTION To prevent damage to the unit and or injury to person s please exercise caution when handling assembling or disassembling the various components of the pizza oven Crumb Tray 1 Remove the crumb tray from the pizza oven 2 Hold the black knob over the crumb tray center hole on the exterior of the unit Insert the small screw through the center hole of the black knob Tighten the screw from the interior with the provided nut 3 Slide the assembled crumb tray into the pizza oven 7 Handle 1 Remove the baking rack and baking rack cover from the pizza oven Ensure that the following components are included in the packaging large bolt thumb nut washer and locking washer Set the baking rack on a stable countertop with the loop facing up and slightly over the edge of the counter Fig C l G Thumb 4 Large Y Nut QN Bolt FAX Lockin MMLLLLILI ii LAALAAAA O Washer 2 We Baking Rack Baking Rack Cover Various Components Set the baking rack cover flat on the baking rack so the loop on the baking rack is inserted through the curved rectangular opening of the baking rack cover Fig D Flatten the handle bracket as shown in Figure E Plac

5. ch cannot be built into the appliance but must be supplied by the user Electric Power If an electrical circuit is overloaded with other appliances the countertop pizza oven may not operate properly The pizza oven should be operated on a separate electrical circuit from other operating appliances Polarized Plug The pizza oven has a polarized plug one blade is wider than the other To reduce the risk of electric shock this plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet reverse the plug If it still does not fit contact a qualified electrician DO NOT attempt to modify the plug in any way If the plug fits loosely into the AC outlet or if the AC outlet feels warm DO NOT use that outlet A CAUTION A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of personal injury resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord DO NOT use an extension cord with this appliance IMPORTANT SAFETV INSTRUCTIONS A CAUTION This appliance produces heat during use Proper precautions must be taken to prevent the risk of burns fire or other injury to person s or damage to property When using your countertop pizza oven basic safety precautions should be observed including the following 1 Zi 10 11 12 13 14 15 Read all instructions before using the pizza oven Household use only DO NOT use outdoors DO NOT use this appli
6. cleaning assembling disassembling or operating the unit 1 2 Always allow the pizza oven to cool before cleaning To clean the crumb tray remove and rinse with warm soapy water Use a soft cloth to wipe dry the crumb tray before placing it back into the pizza oven Proper cleaning and maintenance will reduce the risk of food accumulation that may cause smoke or carbon build up 10 GEWAVE Limited Warranty MC Appliance Corporation warrants each new Countertop Pizza Oven to be free from defects in material and workmanship and agrees to remedy any such defect or to furnish a new part s at the company s option for any part s of the unit that has failed during the warranty period Parts and labor expenses are covered on this unit for a period of one year after the date of purchase A copy of the dated sales receipt invoice is required to receive warranty service replacement or refund This warranty covers appliances in use within the continental United States Hawaii and Puerto Rico The warranty does not cover the following e Damages due to shipping damage or improper installation e Damages due to misuse or abuse e Content losses due to failure of the unit e Repairs performed by unauthorized service agents e Service calls that do not involve defects in material and workmanship such as instruction on proper use of the product or improper installation e Replacement or resetting of house fuses or circuit breakers
7. e the handle bracket over the loop of the baking rack so it is resting on the baking rack cover Fig F PEELL ILA Simultaneously gently pull the handle and baking rack cover towards you Ensure that the handle and handle bracket remains flat against the baking rack cover Fig G Place the washer on the large bolt and insert the large bolt through the round hole underneath the handle on the exterior of the unit Ensure that the bolt captures the loop handle bracket and baking rack cover Thread the locking washer on the large bolt on the interior side of the baking rack cover Place the thumb nut on the large bolt after the locking washer and tighten Lastly position the handle so it is perpendicular to the baking rack cover Fig H Slide the assembled baking rack and cover into the pizza oven A WARNING Improper assembly of the handle to the baking rack cover could cause the baking rack to rotate and fall when food is removed from the pizza oven Do not attempt to grab hot foods with bare hands when removing food from the pizza oven 8 OPERATION A WARNING The surface of the pizza oven is hot during and after use Keep vour hands safe bv waiting until the unit has cooled completelv before touching anv surface other than the handle and knobs Before using v

9. our pizza oven for the first time 1 2 3 Carefully unpack the pizza oven and remove all packaging materials Select a flat heat resistant non flammable surface to place the pizza oven on Wash the baking rack with mild dish detergent and rinse thoroughly with clean water Dry the baking rack before reassembling Do not immerse the unit in water or any other liquid To remove any dust that may have accumulated on the removable parts baking rack cover handle assembly crumb tray during packaging clean the surfaces with a damp cloth and remove any stickers except for any warning caution stickers Before the first use heat up the empty pizza oven for approximately 10 minutes This will burn off the brand new scent A little smoke may occur however this is normal and will disappear shortly during usage Using your pizza oven NOTE Do not bake fresh pizza dough in the pizza oven 1 2 3 4 Slide the baking rack out from the pizza oven Place the pizza on the baking rack Slide the baking rack into the pizza oven Set the timer to the desired bake time to begin baking The timer must be utilized for the unit to function The average baking time is 8 to 12 minutes depending on crust size topping s and personal taste preferences Check the pizza midway through baking If necessary rotate the pizza to ensure even baking CARE AND MAINTENANCE A CAUTION The pizza oven has sharp edges Exercise caution when
