7. ed from 0 12000 It is recommended to operate the Trigger Air Inlet tool with the air valve control at the Air Valve maximum setting for the best tool Control performance Lever ej When job is complete turn the air compressor off and store as described in Sander Pad the air compressor operator manual Tips j Begin sanding with an abrasive grit sandpaper Without Vacuum Option coarse enough to remove the high spots Progress to a finer grit sandpaper until the desired finish is obtained e Never change from coarse grit sandpaper to Air Inlet a very fine grit sandpaper always progress gt a gradually to the finer grit Trigger Vacuum Exhaust Air Valve Control Lever Sander Pad With Vacuum Option D29847 6 ENG MAINTENANCE To Install Abrasive Disc Disconnect the tool from the air supply holding it so sander pad faces up e Clean dust from sander pad a Position abrasive disc onto sander pad Press abrasive disc firmly onto sander pad Align the dust extraction holes if equipped in the abrasive disc with the holes in the sander pad IMPORTANT Do not use PSA pressure sensitive adhesive disc with Hook amp Loop pad as the disc may be thrown from the pad causing personal injury 7 ENG D29847 Lubrication Air tools require lubrication throughout the life of the tool The air motor and bearing uses com pressed air to power the tool Because moisture in compressed air will rust the air
