1. e Insert a 10 x 1 screw through the back of the seat and into the vehicle body Tighten the screw Seat Tabs e Position the roll bar so that it bends toward the back end of the vehicle e Insert and snap the roll bar into the large holes in the top side of the vehicle body as shown e Pull up on the roll bar to be sure it is secure e Turn the vehicle assembly upright e Fit the two tabs on the front of the seat into the two slots in the vehicle body 13 Assembly om J m eine POR a aa Dashboard L LL Z ETT NE U U CI 8 A e Place the dashboard on the top side of the vehicle body as shown e Insert five 10 x 1 screws through the dashboard and into the vehicle body Tighten the screws Steering Wheel Large Opening Steering Column Bend Upright e Position the steering wheel with the large opening upright e Position the steering column so that the bend is upright as shown e Fit the steering column through the center hole in the steering wheel 437 Cap Nut End of Steering Column SS e Fit a 437 cap nut on the end of the steering column e Tap the cap nut with a hammer to secure the cap nut on the steering column Pull on the cap nut to be sure it is secure Hint You may need the help of another adult to keep these two parts in the correct position You may want to position the steerin

17. e e Carefully remove the front axles from the motors in the vehicle body Hint Keep the motors in place in the vehicle body for the next assembly step Assembiv Rear Wheel Indented Side First 437 Cap Nut Vehicle Body ST l de L MR gt dip et jek FAK jik ie NU N ek i USS Hubcap 5 s Pointed Side First Rear Axle e Slide the rear wheel assembly through a motor and the back end of the vehicle body e Fit the other driver onto the end of the rear axle Make sure the teeth in the driver fit into the motor gearbox e Slide a wheel indented side first and hubcap pointed side first onto the end of the rear axle Make sure the ribs on the wheel fit into the grooves in the driver e Fit a 437 cap nut on the end of the rear axle e Tap the cap nut with a hammer to secure the cap nut on the rear axle Pull on the cap nut to be sure it is secure Hint You may need the help of another adult to support the other end of the rear axle assembly while you tap the cap nut Steering Linkage Rear Wheel Assembly e Continue to slide the rear wheel assembly through the back end of the vehicle body and out through the Front Axle other motor Short End Note Make sure the teeth in the driver fit into the Groove motor gearbox 4 Front Axle Front Axle Short End Long End So Axle Long End e Fit short end of the front axles up through the holes in the underside of the steering linkage
18. e of the hood into the slots e Fit the brush guard on the front end of the vehicle in the front of the dashboard e Insert two 10 x 1 screws through the lower holes in the brush guard and into the front end of the vehicle Tighten the screws Unlocked e Using a slotted screwdriver turn each lock fastener in the hood 7 s turn to the locked position IMPORTANT Remember to keep the lock fasteners e Fit the spacers between the top of the brush locked at all times to prevent children from accessing guard and the front end of the vehicle the vehicle battery compartment Insert two 8 x 4 screws through the two upper holes in the brush guard through the spacers and into the front end of the vehicle e Tighten the screws 16 Label Decoration Proper label application will help to keep the labels looking their best When applying labels keep the following guidelines in mind e Wash your hands before applying the labels e Before applying the labels wipe the surface of the vehicle with a clean dry cloth to remove any dust or oils e Place the labels exactly as shown in the illustrations e For best results avoid repositioning a label once it has been applied to the vehicle e After applying a label rub the label firmly with a clean dry cloth to make sure the label is adhered to your vehicle Start at the center of a label and smooth towards the outer edges to remove air bubbles 17 Label Decoration
