Please discard the manual that is included in the box with your Wasp and use this manual FLIGHT AND CONTROLS Below is a list of basic flight functions on your wireless remote and how they will effect your helicopter While learning to fly your helicopter it is best to start with a large open area until you get used to the basic controls As you master flying the helicopter you can move to more advanced maneuvering SS Move the throttle control up to increase the speed of the main rotor and the helicopter will rise up Move the throttle control down to decrease the speed of the main rotor and the helicopter will descend Move the direction control left and right to change the helicopters direction from left to right Note that the controls are reversed to go left press right on the thumbstick To go right press left Instructions fold inward
3. es e f you are flying helicopter with others make sure all spectators are behind you Wireless range up to 160 feet Environmental conditions may cause variations FLIGHT PREPARATION 1 Pull out the controller s antenna 2 Turn on the controllers power switch the red LED light indicates power is on 3 Turn on the Wasp s power switch and place on the ground in an open area you intend to fly 4 Make sure you and the controller are at least 10 feet away from the helicopter before operating 5 Visually confirm the fly area is free from all obstacles people and animals and it is safe to fly without injury SAFETY PRECAUTIONS IMPORTANT ALWAYS DISCONNECT CHARGER CORD AFTER CHARGING NEVER LEAVE CHARGER CONNECTED TO HELICOPTER OVERNIGHT OR FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME REMOTE CONTROL When flying your Wasp with other helicopters be sure each device operates on different frequencies to avoid interruptions in flight or performance HELICOPTER WARNING The helicopter blades revolve at high speeds and can cause damage to the user or spectators Stand away from the helicopter to reduce the risk of getting into the flight path Warn spectators that you will be flying your helicopter so that they are aware of its position Before flight inspect the rotor blades to make certain that the blades are securely fastened to the helicopter When the battery charge runs low the helicopter may have difficulty taking off or reaching a normal he
