3. 0 PSI for this tool CAUTION TO PREVENT TOOL AND ACCESSORY FAILURE RESULTING IN INJURY Do not exceed the tool s maximum air pressure rating If the tool still does not have sufficient force at maximum pressure and sufficient airflow then a larger tool may be required Note If you over inflate the tire or need to lower the tire pressure release the Page 7 Trigger and press the Air Release button while the Tire Chuck is on the valve stem Hold for a short period of time then release and check the tire air pressure on the Stick Gauge Repeat as needed to achieve the desired value When the tire is inflated to the proper PSI release the Trigger slide the Tire Chuck off of the valve stem and replace the valve stem cap To prevent accidents turn off the tool detach the air supply safely discharge any residual air pressure in the tool and release the throttle and or turn the switch to its off position after use Clean external surfaces of the tool with a clean dry cloth Store the tool indoors out of children s reach MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS Page 8 Procedures not specifically explained in this manual must be performed only by a qualified technician TO PREVENT AWARNING SERIOUS INJURY FROM ACCIDENTAL OPERATION Turn off the tool detach the air supply safely discharge any residual air pressure in the tool and release the Trigger before performing any inspection maintenance or c

5. amage The air hose must be long enough to reach the work area with enough extra length to allow free movement while working General Operating Instructions 1 After connecting the compressor air hose to the Air Inlet of the Tire SKU 90670 SERIOUS INJURY For technical questions please call 1 800 444 3353 Inflator unthread the valve stem cap from the tire you wish to inflate then push the Tire Chuck 1 onto the valve stem for outside tires or pull onto inside tire valve Make sure that the Tire Chuck fits snugly onto the valve stem holding it in place while adding or adjusting tire air pressure Note The Stick Gauge will pop up when the Tire Chuck is on the valve stem and the Trigger is released allowing you to read the tire s PSI along the top edge of the gauge cover It will retract into the handle when the Trigger is pressed or when the Tire Chuck is removed from the valve stem 2 Depress the Trigger to inflate 3 Continue to depress the Trigger while holding the Tire Chuck on the valve stem for a short period of time then release the Trigger and read the PSI on the Stick Gauge 4 Repeat Step 4 until the Stick Gauge indicates that you have reached the desired PSI 5 Ifthe tool requires more force to accomplish the task verify that the tool receives sufficient unobstructed airflow CFM and increase the pressure PSI output of the regulator up to the maximum air pressure rating of 12

12. ontrols the air supply even if the air hose is ruptured The shutoff valve should be a ball valve because it can be closed quickly Attach an air hose to the compressor s air outlet Connect the air hose to the air inlet of the Tire Inflator Other components such as a coupler plug and quick coupler will make operation more efficient but are not required A WARNING TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY FROM ACCIDENTAL OPERATION Do not install a female quick coupler on the tool Such a coupler contains an air valve that will allow the air tool to retain pressure and operate accidentally after the air supply is disconnected Note Air flow and therefore tool Page 6 performance can be hindered by undersized air supply components Note The air hose must be long enough to reach the work area with enough extra length to allow free movement while working 3 Release the Trigger Close the in line safety valve between the compressor and the tool 4 Turn on the air compressor according to the manufacturer s directions and allow it to build up pressure until it cycles off 5 Adjust the air compressor s output regulator so that the air output is enough to properly power the tool but the output will not exceed the tool s maximum air pressure at any time Adjust the pressure gradually while checking the air output gauge to set the right pressure range 6 Inspect the air connections for leaks Repair any leaks fo
