6. 3 RAND MSNALLY CONNECT To Search click CTRL F DIONA oO mi D E Page 1 of 82 Introduction The Rand McNally Connect portal is the web based driver amp vehicle performance and compliance reporting tool that allows you to view where and how your vehicles are performing now as well as how they have been performing This contains information on how to set up your portal experience to best fit your business needs as well as how to use its various applications and reports NOTE This Rand McNally Connect web portal page is updated after each portal software release To ensure you are viewing the most up to date version of this Help page close out this page clear your browser cache then reopen this page at randmcnally com connectwebportalhelp Getting Started System Requirements To use the Rand McNally Connect web portal your system should be equipped with the following e Operating System Microsoft Windows XP or above e Browser Internet Explorer 8 0 or later Internet Explorer 9 0 is optimal Firefox Chrome Also recommended e A broadband connection To change display settings of your system Windows Operating System e Select Start gt Control Panel gt Display e From the left hand list select Adjust resolution e Adjust the screen resolution to at least 1024 x 768 pixels e Click OK Browser Settings For increased performance and visibility of the Mapping application your browser
