3. ake sure the camera housing is kept completely still and the housing is the correct way up The board may well not initialise properly if it detects any movement E al Pitch Control To control the tilt pitch of the gimbal you need to connect a spare channel on your RX to the gimbal control board An ideal way to do this is to modify a spare servo lead Only 2 connections are reguired the ground Black and the signal wire usually white orange or yellow Connect the black wire to the GND pin and the signal wire to the A1 pin Page 5 USB Cable for composite video The GoPro Hero 3 has composite video out from its USB port To make use of this useful feature the gimbal has clearances to allow a USB cable to be connected The plastic covering needs to be carefully cut away from the connector and the outer cable insulation needs to be removed to minimise physical interference of the gimbals movement Page 6 Fitting Silicone Gel Isolataors Page 7 Page 8 Page 9 Page 10
