5. few checks for new workorders every few seconds A workorder will be issued by Datum Mobile for each individual call that needs to be placed The Datum Dialer user interface provides color coded notifications to the user when a workorder has not been received for a specified period of time Missing workorders typically indicate that either e The Datum test devices are no longer running e The test laptop has lost its connection to the internet and is no longer in communication with Datum Base Set the thresholds for the warning and error messages on the Datum Dialer Settings Task Settings screen e Aworkorder warning will be displayed in for a shorter outage e Aworkordererror will be displayed in for a longer outage e An audible alarm will sound in the event that internet connectivity is lost This makes the user aware of an internet connectivity issue without looking at the software If the internet connection is temporarily unavailable Datum Dialer will not receive the workorder for the current test and therefore not initiate the voice call Datum Base will treat this as an incomplete test and will not include it in the statistics As soon as the connection is restored the tests will automatically start working again Copyright Metrico Wireless Inc 2012 31
