1. DOMO2 Base The new DOMO2 from Telefonica is very different from the original DOMO telephone It uses a combination of less buttons and a bigger viewer to provide most of the options available which are accessed via a system of menus While this may have many advantages it does require the user to remember how to access these options hence the 64 page manual that comes with the telephone The DOMO2 can be configured to display Viewer options in Castilian Catalan Euskara Galego and Valencia languages but unfortunately not in English so this Rapid Guide is intended to help you find your way around the most used Domo2 options The telephone buttons explained Go back a character Erase and Cancel The Viewer Round Button Flash Steps through menus and Accepts Direct access for Menu adjustments Switches on off the microphone speaker View list of calls Allows a hands free conversation Hold down for message in the Net Answering Machine indicator Light Change the way you edit text Direct call buttons for Emergencies messages date and time Information and Telefonica Assistance DOMO2 Rapid Guide In English by John H Sumner www telefonicainenglish com The round button explained ia hie VA Ate This option takes you back to a previous option or list You can scroll up intext mesages You can change caller during a multi call conversation or call waiting You can increase the Volume when that mo

7. ress the e button Press the book icon on the round key until Serv de Red is displayed Press e key Contestador will be displayed Press the e key pee Activar is displayed Press the e key A cassette icon should now be displayed in the top right corner of the Viewer This indicates the answering machine is switched on This icon will blink when a message or messages are waiting to be listened to Press the e button Press the book icon on the round key until Serv de red is To switch off displayed Press Key Desactivar Contestador will be displayed Press the e key Press the book icon if necessary until Desactivar is displayed Press the e Key If you have switched the Answering Machine on and you don t answer a call during the first 5 rings the answering service will automatically start inviting your caller to leave a message Listening to recorded messages can be done at any time Simply lift the receiver and after a few seconds the dialling tone will stop and you will be told how many new messages there are Then you will be told the day and time of the first message and it will then be played At the end of the message the system will stop until you select one of these options Press 1 to hear the message again Press 2 to store the message Press 3 the erase the message The system will then move onto any other messages one at a time offering the same options for each When you have lis
