Race mode or Judgment mode and quickly change from one to the other by one click This can be used to switch between a test folder and a competition folder in acquisition or between main camera races and infield camera races in judgment 4 1 3 Print setup tab This tab is used to select the information to be printed two print modes are available Normal 7his mode is not recommended if you want to print the image In this mode some information is printed on top of the page the image is printed in the middle of the page and the results are printed below the image so all the race information can be printed on the same page You can choose which data is to be printed by checking the corresponding field For the classification the same columns as on the results window of the judgment mode are printed The print can be done in Portrait or Landscape mode Template This mode is recommended if you want to print the image In this mode the image and results are printed following a customizable template so almost any configuration can be printed Template 1 and Template 2 allow you to select the template to be used when printing The templates must be located in the OSV STAR Template sub directory The maximum number of result s lines printed can be selected with the Number of printed bibs to ensure it will not overflow the template If this field is empty the whole results will be printed if it fits on the template

14. the position of the camera the length of the finish line and the focal length of the lens To summarise if on the image the competitors are too narrow you have to increase the acquisition speed and if they are too wide you have to decrease the acquisition speed The acquisition speed can be decreased in the race acquisition mode For best results in the camera setting select the maximum acquisition speed you will need See also 4 3 and 4 9 2 Exposure time ms The exposure time sets how much light will be received by the sensor It is recommended to always set it at the maximum value depends on the acquisition speed If the image is too light before decreasing the exposure time decrease the contrasts and close the diaphragm of the camera lens Contrast This scroll bar is used to modify the contrast of the basic image black and white It can be set to a value from 0 to 1023 the value is displayed in a box to the right The higher the value the lighter the image but the image can also become noisy The contrast factor works with the contrast setting When the contrast is higher than 400 it is recommended to increase the contrast factor and decrease the contrast This scroll bar is used to modify the colour contrast colour level of the image It can be set to a value from 0 to 1023 the value is displayed in a box to the right The higher the value the more colour are in the image but the image can also become
