5. s Port Selection 1 Port Up Press Port Up to switch the media input Port Down focus from the device on the currently selected port to the device on the next port 1 to 2 2 to 3 etc Press Port Down to switch the media input focus from the device on the currently selected port to the device on the previous port 3 to 2 2 to 1 etc 2 Port The button numbers correspond to the media Selection input ports on the rear panel of the VS 261 VS 461 Press a button to switch the media input focus to the device attached to the button s corresponding port Note Since the VS 261 only has two input ports it only uses buttons 1 and 2 Pressing button 3 or 4 has no effect 2005 08 11 INSTALLATION Important Ensure that all devices are powered off and properly grounded before connecting them to the switch Installing your DVI Video Switch involves the following five steps please also refer to the installation diagram 1 Use a DVI I compatible cable to connect the Video Out port on the switch to the video input port on the DVI Video Display Use stereo audio cables to connect the Audio Out L R jacks on the switch to the inputs on the audio receiver stereo system or speakers Use a DVI cable to connect the video output port on the source device to an available DVI port on the Input section of the switch Use stereo audio cables to connect the audio output jack
